doc thinks i sprained it as it's muscle and nerve damage, and he told me i need to rest it or the damage can spread and cause permanent issues

I've sprained an ankle, but never my wrist or hand. I do have bad wrists, but it's not anything too awful. And I sort of know what you mean, I sometimes get huge bruises and have no idea where they come from, lol.

Get better! You got unlucky. When I Brock my arm, it was my left so it didn't affect me that much... Anyways, I send my (fake lol, wish they where real) psychic healing powers your way .
