Born with a naturally patient and cheerful disposition, Tiamat is an outgoing, joyful character who is able to brighten up and encourage anyone she meets. She is kind and caring, with an easygoing manner that belies her resilence and tenacity. Honest as the day is long, she expects others to be just as sincere as she is- which contributes to her Special Chram, but which also gives her a trusting, almost nativety when it comes to dealing with others.
Always considerate, she is ready to drop what she may be doing and run to the assistance of anyone in need. Because she is so generous, she willing gives her time to help those less fortunate than her. Story:
Tiamat blinked her sleepy eyes. She rubbed one of them with her paw, trying to clear the sleep from it. She felt her mother's soft snout nuzzle her. "Good morning my darling," her mother spoke, her voice sounding like the tinkling the rain when it pattered on the surface of water. "Good morning mommy," Tiamat chirped, wagging her tail in a way similar to a dog. "I'm going to pick some berries, do you want to come," her mother asked, lightly licking the head of her daughter. "No thank you mommy. I'd rather go over the the cliff and watch the lake," Tiamat chirped back, her tail still wagging. "You've been spending so much time over there, don't you think you should spend some more time with me," her mother asked, her soft eyes seeming to look straight into Tiamat's heart. "Mommy... You know I still love you," Tiamat said, feeling imense saddness as she looked into her mother's eyes. "It's okay, my sweet. When I was your age, I also wanted to spend some time away from my mother as well," the mother responded, lightly rubbing the head of Tiamat with her paw. "But I don't want to make you sad," Tiamat piped, her tail drooping. "You won't make me sad," her mother spoke again, and pulled Tiamat close in what seemed to be a hug. Tiamat whimpered for a while, but they finally had to go, since Tiamat had ate all of the stored food earlier, and they needed more. She stayed with her mother as she picked berries for a few minutes, before sneaking off to her cliff. Later she would look back on that moment and feel guilty for doing so.
She was watching the water when she heard a rusling behind her. She looked over her shoulder and saw three dark-colored dragons like her. She wagged her tail, seeing new friends in the strangers. "Hi there!" Tiamat squeaked, jumping up happily. They shared a few looks, before the biggest walked up to her. He loomed over her, and was so large to her, that he seemed to block out the sun. "Hello there," he growed, smiling, " Have you seen another dragon around here?" "The only other dragon is my mommy, and she's over there, collecting berries," she said, pointing in the direction her mother was. "Come on boys! We got a her!" the big male growled to the other two, and they darted off in the direction of her mother. Tiamat looked at where they disapeared, but didn't follow. She turned back around to look at the lake.
The sun was setting over the lake, making the water a glimmering sea of orange. It had almost been all day, and Tiamat's mother hadn't shown yet. She got up, knowing that her mother was probally looking for her. She walked back to the den, but didn't find her. Tiamat then headed towards where her mother was collecting the berries. She pushed her head through the berry bushes to look for her mother, then her world seemed to crumble away at what she saw. Her mother was laying on her side, red pawprints surrounding her. She had been bitten at the neck, and was covered in other bites and scratches. "MOMMY!" Tiamat shouted, tears starting to pour down. She ran over to her mother, who was cold at ice. Mommy.... Dead... Dead.... DEAD!!! Tiamat thought shoving her face into her mother's fur. She stayed there for a few days, crying, at her mother's grave.
Present Day....
Tiamat sat on her cliff, think about her parents: the father she never had known and the mother who was murdered. The two years after her mother was murdered seemed to go by in a blur, in an almost half dead state. She didn't remwmber how she survived, but she had. But she had finally began to snap out of it. She had put away the memories, trying to live on for her mother. She had never found the three dark-colored dragons, and never knew who they were. But she has finally found something that might fill that cold, empty space in her heart: she had found an adoption center for dragons like her. She had made friends, but stayed far away from the dark-colored ones. There, she hoped to find an owner who would love her as much as her mother had.
