I Would Make Tonsss Of Art for her, and colour her in all the Free JellyBean Dragon Ref sheets and Jellybean dragon fan art colour ins. And Definitely Just stare at her and admire how adorable she is x3

Personality/Likes/Dislikes

Star Shine Is Shy At First, but once you get to know her, she can be the craziest little girl you've ever met. She loves making new friends, but making new friends is something that gets her nervous, so to be her friend you must be really easy going and calm at first. Star Shine Loves to lye down on the grass at night and watch the stars shine. The stars make her feel protected, because she was named after the stars, she feels so safe. Star Shine also Really enjoys being around people, and of course making new friends. This next one is wierd, but she also likes to eat frosting. Frosting is one of her favourite foods. She'll eat frosting on ANYTHING and will eat it anytime she gets it, even after a big thanksgiving dinner xD

A Few Years Before Star Shine Was Born...

A Dragon walked through the forest, searching for some food. When she spotted a little egg type object up the path . She walked up to it. It was sort of jellybean shaped. At first she thought it was food, but then it moved. It was an egg. So she took it in as her own and took care of it everyday as her own.

It was the day Star Shine Was born...
Star Shine Was a bit Different from her siblings.. Her egg was "jellybean" shaped, while her siblings had an oval shaped egg, and it was much bigger. She looked different too. She was bright and glowing, while her siblings were blacks and Greys. Her siblings didn't have a flatter head like herself and they weren't fluffy... They were scaly and big, and had little wings on their backs. She was so different! She got teased and teased almost all day because she was different. It wasn't until a few months later when she met another type of animal hiding behind a bush. She walked over to it, and examined it. It...it...looked just like her! Well except for the colors of course. The other animal walked out. And introduced herself, but i don't remember the name. After a while of talking, the other little animal said, "Isn't it great being a JellyBean Dragon?" but Star Shine was confused. She was just a Dragon she thought. Not a "Jellybean Dragon"... Then she knew it... She wasn't a Dragon...Her mom wasn't really her REAL mom..she must have been adopted and she knew why she was different. She was a jellybean dragon, a fluffy cute little jellybean dragon. She went home after that and explained everything to her mother. Her mother was happy she finally knew who she really was. A few days later, it was adoption day for all the dragons. But instead of going to the dragon shop, she went where all the jellybean dragons were and was put up for adoption. She ended up getting a wonderful home and still visits her mother often.

Her Best Friend

Star Shines Best Friend is a Bird. Believe it or not. The birds name is Star, so thats how they became friends, by the name similarity. Star is white and fluffy. Like an Arctic Bird. They play around alot, and they both have similar likes and dislikes, for an example, they both love to watch the stars at night. :3

Radiance

Personality~
Radiance, as her name implies, is a bubbly and happy dragon to her friends, yet can be exceedingly quiet and reserved among others that she does not know. She finds solace in family and friends and finds it awkward to try to strike up conversations with even acquaintances, perhaps because she can come off as a bit too overenthusiastic to some.
Radiance has her quiet and sad days, but these are few and far between. When she is quiet, it usually means that she is pondering about the universe, or it can be because she is not around others that she knows well. She will extend a polite "Hello" to everyone she meets, and a smile, because she believes that this can brighten their day, but won't go any further than this unless conversation is attempted to be made.
Dragons who know her describe her as spunky and optimistic, always believing the best in things. This can lead her to be rather naive about some matters, which can be frustrating to some- she is intelligent, but is not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to street smarts.
Radiance has somewhat of an overactive imagination. She has tried to fly (unsuccessfully) more than once and often weaves up elaborate paracosms that make no sense to others.
Oh, and let's not get started on the pranks...

A Small Anecdote...~
The mother dragon waved her tail, beckoning to her hatchling as it tumbled cumbersomely over its own tail. She wanted to show her baby a special place that only she knew about...this secret had been passed down her family line from generation to generation. Making a queer whuff to urge it to trot faster, she paused at the crest of the hill, outlined by the sun. Yelping in response, the hatchling hurried- or rather, waddled- further up the hill as fast as its short, stout little legs could carry it, a rather comical appearance.
Panting, the hatchling finally reached the top of the hill, where the warming rays of the sun seemed to light up her white markings. Her mother watched in silent awe as the hatchling glowed in the sunlight, shining like a star for those few seconds.
Those few seconds before the hatchling tumbled tail over floppy ears down the hill.
Grumbling in good-nature, the mother carefully caught the hatchling with her sturdy tail and lifted her up once again to the sunlight.
Radiance.
Her first thought.
Her name.
As the hatchling marveled at the sudden light, the sound of footsteps reached her ears, and she peered down inquisitively. Standing below her was a shy little pup, which couldn't have been more than a few weeks old. It wagged its tail playfully, and the hatchling did the same, prompting her mother to return her to the ground.
Shyly the two approached each other, and then the hatchling tripped once again, the force of her motion hurling her straight into the pup, and, squealing partially from fear and partially from delight, the two rolled in a ball down the hill, narrowly avoiding a tree before coming to an impressive crash in a blackberry bush.
Chuckling softly to herself, the mother dragon watched as the two quickly resumed play, as if nothing had happened.
Radiance.
It was a good name for her.

Karma, Her Friend~
Karma is a playful arctic fox who is very outgoing and friendly compared to Radiance. Often Karma is the icebreaker between Radiance and another dragon; while she is smaller than most dragons she has a massive personality. She is not afraid to speak her mind but always makes sure that what she is saying is not offensive. Likewise, Karma tends to take things in stride and doesn't care much for what others think about her (she grooms her coat enough so that they shouldn't have anything to say about her appearance, at least), and can have a fiery temper if provoked.
Extremely superstitious, Karma has many strange beliefs and rituals that she will do to avoid bad luck, her worst fear. She feels that it is her duty to defend Radiance in every matter after Radiance's mother virtually adopted her and saved her life, so sometimes she can be a barrier between Radiance and a hypothetical new friend, but a gentle nudge from the Jellybean Dragon will remind her that she's been talking for, oh, say, about three hours too long.
Karma's chatty ways match Radiance's patient silence; Radiance doesn't dare to admit it, but often she tends to zone out while Karma is ranting or talking enthusiastically about something.

Name: Ursa

Name Reasoning: So I was stalking this forum(yes, I admit stalking this forum) when I saw this little girl. She reminded me of a little star. So I instantly went over to check her out(crossing my fingers hoping she was for adoption!). She was! So I decided to find guide lines on how to adopt her. So I was thinking of a name, she remined me of a star, but I didn't think that was intersting enough. So I wanted to do a contastellation. I really like Minor and Major Ursa, but I didn't like the idea of adding Minor and Major in her name, so I went with Ursa.

Personality: She may appear shy, but really she has fire. In a sort of weird way, she doesn't get angry often. It's extremly hard to offend her. So don't bother. She can never keep her little paws out of trouble!She is smart and sly. She always has a trick up her sleeve(or paw)! Also getting into sticky situations! Ursa loves to play pranks, she finds most of them very funny to watch from a distance. She'll sit in a tree for hours waiting till somone comes along and finds her pratical joke and triggers it. She and her little friend will laugh for hours, just sitting in a high tree and remebering others faces when the joke finished and they figured out they'd be pranked. Some yelled for them to come down, but who is going to come down? Well not those two at least. Ursa also likes to nap in the sun, with her little friend, a raven called Blyden perched on her shoulder snooizing with her. He is usaully perched on her shoulder or sleeping to next to her. She'll spend hours sitting at night time with Blyden(she pretends she beilves he's asleep, though she knows that he is listening to her, talk about the stars) looking at the stars. She likes to try and describe the stars to Blyden. He loves to hear them. She knows all the stars by name and constallations. Her favourites are Minor and Major Ursa(of course). She loves how it looks like a baby bear walking after it's mother. She won't admit it to Blyden though she thinks Major Ursa represents her and Minor Ursa Blyden. That doesn't mean she considers herself better than Blyden. Since Blyden is always at her side.

Her Friend: Ursa's friend is a little blind raven called Blyden. Blyden doesn't like anyone and doesn't trust anyone expect Ursa.

Personality : A gentle and shy JBD, She is often gullible and loves to play with her friends she knows the most. She is not as fond of talking to other JBDs unless she knows them well as friends. She is also a protective JBD, She will protect her friends if any other JBD tries to harm them in and shape or form.

Story : It was Christmas night, The stars are shining, Carols are being sang and a little Jelly-bean like egg was on a small wooden table near the glowing Christmas Tree. No one thought that it would be a JBD. The Jelly-bean like egg was found by a little boy who thought it was a jelly bean so he brought it home. Someone was about to eat the jelly-bean like egg but the egg started hatching. The man puts it down and out comes a small JBD, her eyes were shining and the moon lits up a light towards the JBD. The JBD was soon named "Wish" because the boy's wish came true as it was the first animal he held.


Friend : Her best friend is a owl, The owl's name is Shinee. Wish loves to play with him in the night, They will explore the forest together and Shinee will occasionally bring Shining to his secret place where he and Shining only knows. Shinee also protects Shining incase anyone wants to hurt her in the dark.
