If I dont win a pup on the WOI litter, Im definitely going for this one. Do we have to have TWG's permission for this one? Or will it be the same as the WOI litter, just fill out a form and get judged?

It applies for all, unless you have permission from the WOI board to have more than one - I believe. Not entirely sure, but pretty sure.

Yes. But the rule is not exactly one per person, you just can't adopt a WoI if you already own one(or more).
