This topic is only for creating Fables artist entries. Please do not use these lines for other purposes, including making MYOs/designs for friends or others; this is what the MYO thread is for (and it makes archiving much easier for me).
These lines are not for personal use, practice, or making adopts. Do not use them to make another editable or distribute the lines elsewhere.

- ✦ If you'd like to potentially be an artist for fables, you can enter here! Please keep in mind I am not actively looking for artists and sometimes go months in between choosing new people - I may contact you long after your entry.
✦ As an artist you would create adopts and nursery breedings for the species, as well as optionally make event prizes/customs/etc.
✦ I would like to see at least 2-3 entries minimum, there is currently no limit to the amount you can make, but quality > quantity.
✦ When posting an entry, please include this form in the description. You can also link other entries/designs you want to show if you want and/or specify if you are interested in being a full artist or just making a few adopts + a custom (guest artist).
- ✦ Looking for:
- ✦ You can make designs consistent with the quality of the established adopts.
✦ You can use the template traits in different combinations, and are able to rotate/move/resize them to fit together.
✦ Comfortable hosting adopt competitions + able to judge them fairly; comfortable making offspring inspired by one or two parents.
✦ Some knowledge of the patterns of the real life animals that inspired fables (horses, birds, deer, etc), able to draw details from these such as countershading, dapples, and ticking to add visual interest to a design.
✦ Your personal style shows and adds something unique!
- ✦ A plus, but not needed:
- ✦ You are able to custom line your own traits and/or accessories.
✦ Able to make more complex designs and work off of a moodboard/inspiration pictures.
✦ Color the interior lines a non-black color slightly darker than the design.
✦ Active community member.
- ✦ Challenges - optional prompts for your entries that show off some of the things I'm looking for
- ✦ Faux baby: Create a fake offspring of the original fable, Ramiel, as if you were completing a nursery breeding.
- Offspring have similarities, but can be very influenced by the season or other inspirations.
- 'Extras' traits include things like: halos, magic, plants, accessories, etc
- ✦ Claiming entries
- ✦ Like the previous artist search, it's possible to claim an artist entry for a monthly lore waive or to use a ticket to make one real. This requires explicit permission from the artist. More information for the process can be found on the MYO & MYO Approval threads.
✦ Artists are free to claim their own entry, not allow claiming, or apply restrictions (ex. must be finished within a certain amount of time, must be a nonowner or own x or less fables). They cannot ask for any payment in exchange for claiming a design.
