- Artists will be expected to make two adopts a month (with leeway of course, life happens) -
- Artists are allowed to make themselves, or request other artists (if they agree) to make for them, a custom every 10 adopts they make -
- If you have worked previously with other equine species you may also link designs to those under your entry, but you will still be required to color the SIF lines at least once to enter -

guest artists will be hired 1-2 at a time, for one calendar month. once their time is coming to an end, full time staff will decide on whether or not to extend an official artist position. this is subject to change depending on interest as well. guest artists will be given a 1 unlimited uc myo slot upon hire!

ello and welcome to the official thoren steeds artist search. i am looking for 2 full time artist and 1 part time and a breeding artist . the main thread is here.

to enter as an artist i'm looking for 3 entries. i would love to see line edits but its not needed. also tell me if you want to be full time or part time or a breeding artist . tell me a bit about yourself. and lastly tell me the genatics of the horse if you know them. if you don't its fine its not a huge desinding factor to me. cause i'm still learning lol.

Welcome to the Genesis Artist & Staff Search!
In preparation of our launch in May, we wanted to open staff applications to bolster each role, to ensure no one feels stressed or overwhelmed at launch! Every position is open, and you are more than welcome to apply for more than one role!

Genesis is a Warrior Cat ARPG centered around development and creative freedom. You can have rainbow cats with 0 need for an edit item, this is meant to be a fun community purely dedicated to loving your cats! Character growth, lore, and worldbuilding will be heavily encouraged via level up rewards and long-term challenges you can complete at your own pace.

The timezone question on each form is just so when we know to contact you if we hire you! Don't feel like your time zone will hinder you at all.

In the early 19th centuries explorers came across an ancient monument for a unique bizarre creature that looked fairly similar to a buffalo but it had some equine features. They where found near the old caverns in Yellowstone seeming to come from a small long lost native tribe. Scientist just summed it up to nothing more then poor artistry but a small group of explorers couldn’t let it go and went on in search of more answers. After 10 long years the explorers came across a gorgeous plains/grasslands hidden deep within the mountains where they found the answers they were looking for these gorgeous, majestic giant creatures, half Buffalo half horse. deciding to name their discovery Restlers due to seemingly be the rulers of this area.

Restlers have a standard height range of 16hh to 17.2hh, though select few may be shorter or taller. They display nearly every coat color found among any other equine/bison breeds with patterns that extend even beyond that! They don't seem as feral as wild buffalo, maybe there will even be a chance to tame
these beauties

Full time artists(artists who make at least 5 adopts or brerdings a month) will now be paid 20C$ a month!

My very first artist entry! Spent way too long on this as it's been years since I've even touched Oekaki so I had to kinda relearn how things worked xD I think they turned out pretty nice though! I'm overall rather happy with the design. They are open for claim if anyone is interested! If anyone does claim them, I'd love to maybe see some lore regarding how they lost their wings <.<

This is a search for people who would like to be a part of the staff at National Show Horse Association: Pompeii Greyhounds. These are associated with my National Show Horse Assoactiab adopts but you do not have to be an artist there to be an artist for these. I am looking for individuals who have time for an adopt that I hope will be a big success and have the energy to put out at least 2 adopts a month. You do not have to have previous adopt experience to apply for positions at Pompeii Greyhound, however previous experience is a plus. Currently, I am looking for a full staff of 3 moderators, 4 artists, 3 guest artists, and 3 archivists. This search will be ongoing and I will be choosing more staff as the adopt needs them.

Hi i am looking for some artists to help make fables. You can make as many entries as you want, the artist search will stay open. Also you can tell me if you want to stay as an artist or only make a few or only do a nursery

you can claim a few entries with the intention of using a Ticket to make them a real fable.
this requires the approval of the artist to claim (screenshot or clear reply on the entry) and approval from me that you have the Ticket(s) when you want to make it real (pm me), and i will assign it a number.
you can also claim your own entries.
see the main thread for info about Tickets. entries with custom lined/detailed extra traits will cost more tickets. small extra things (minor edits, glow/magic, iridescence, tattoos, accessories, stylistic stuff) don't require you to have more tickets.

WAIVING TICKETS VIA LORE
i'm willing to waive tickets from the "price" of any of these at a rate of 250 words of lore/art equivalent per ticket.
- this includes fables that would require only one ticket.
- you can do this once per calendar month.
- the lore/art should be about the claimed design, but can feature other characters; i can also provide a questionnaire or prompts if needed.
- the lore/art should not reused from adopt competitions/etc, but you can reuse the character ideas

to do this, get permission from the artist to claim, then PM me for the next steps.






Here is info on the species:
Traits --
Fables have a template that includes a bunch of different traits. The adopts can be any kind of combination of these, of course use your eye to determine if the piece should be rotated or shifted or resized.

The traits are mostly related to ungulates and mythical animals like unicorn/pegasus.

If you want you can custom line a trait that will be unique to the adopt. You can also redraw the eye or expression in your own style (this isn't a trait)

Patterns/colors --
Natural and semi-natural colors/simple patterns > colorful/complex patterns.

The coats are mostly inspired by patterns of horses, cows, deer, goats, etc.

What Im looking for --

- You can make designs consistent with the established adopts (of course in your own style)
- You can make natural/semi natural designs and palettes
- Understand things like countershading, gradients, dapples, and color variation so the coats are not always flat colors
- Understand things like ticking, tobiano/appy type markings, mapping, roaning, and other traits of real animals that can be incorporated into the designs
- I would like to see maybe 2-3 entries
- Please put this form under the entry with the traits, as if it was an adopt

Nice but not needed --

- You have some experience doing this type of thing
- Ability to custom line some traits
- You can do complex/pictural designs
- Color the interior lines a non black color that is darker than the design, just my personal preference

I want the artists to have rewards (for example, I made myself one for every 10 designs i made) such as custom, but I don't know how many adopts would be required for it - same with nurseries if you participated you could make yourself one or something.

These customs could be sold to people, as in the artist completes the custom for someone else and can set a price for their design work.

If someone has any ideas for the rewards, advice is welcome

The Beaumont Collie is a working breed perfected on the Blue Beaumont Ranch, known for producing bison/cattle crosses and the dogs to herd them. The three major breeds used to develop this breed were the border collie, kelpie, and the blue lacy, making them a versatile hybrid cross.

Learning from my past mistakes, hopefully this one has fewer (or more preferably no) mistakes!!

• Please, I beg you to read, at least briefly, the genetics guide
