7am: An unusually early morning for her; she didn't sleep very well with the noise of the wind all night.
8am: Hasty breakfast, snatching bites of sweet grass between the fallen twigs and debris.
9am: The nighttime storm, although intense, hasn't damaged much of her lilac and rhododendron gardens. Still..
10am: Goosedown has come by for weekly brunch with Ainsley, and is assisting her now in cleaning up the last of the fallen boughs in the garden.
11am: The meal with Goosedown lasted a little longer than usual, but the older Fable has interesting ideas about agriculture, and she's keen to test a few of his theories when she has the time.
12pm: Not feeling up to any more conversation, Ainsley takes a short walk to the pond, which should be quiet right now.
1pm: At the pond, a much-needed nap in a flowerpatch catches her up on her sleep again.
2pm: Some young raccoons are playing in the water, and Ainsley watches them from her patch of buttercups with interest.
3pm: Ainsley brought some assorted plant propagations home with her, and is starting her jaunt back to the pond to fill up her watering can.
4pm: It's time for another meal; Ainsley catches up with the local Fables in a favorite grazing spot, feeling up to socialization again after her rest.
5pm: The sun is still far overhead, as it's high summer, which always comes with its nighttime thunderstorms. Ainsley still can't help but think of how the days will be shorter soon, the sunlight as precious as tiny drops of pure gold.
6pm: Fireflies are beginning to dart through the undergrowth of the rhododendrons, where Ainsley is lounging back in her garden.
7pm: The sun is sinking, but a few cozy lanterns keep Ainsley's small A-frame aglow in case any evening company should arrive.
8pm: The evening has been quiet, so it's the perfect time to go for a run.
9pm: Ainsley is perfectly tired out: an unusually early morning leads to an unusually early bedtime, anyways.10pm: Ainsley is dreaming of endless summertime...
