While there are a plethora of names Thrush could delegate upon his snowman companion, one of which Myna had sculpted as a present for him, he resolves himself into naming them "Philoi". The major reasoning as to why he settles upon this name derives itself from the simple fact that philoi, within Astron mythology, is a concept based upon the value for reciprocity that is often translated as "friends" - hence the the reasoning as to why Philoi was sculpted in the first place, as he had created a crude gift for her "nascence" merely two moons prior.
