It's a light and sweet treat with fresh strawberries, but not too sweet like a regular cake because of the strawberries giving it a nice fresh fruity flavor and the icing is whipped and fluffy instead of heavy like a buttercream! She probably enjoys eating the strawberries first though, then the cake.

Dessert Time: Bade-Meze - a sweet-and-salty armenian dessert! Its made out of egg whites whipped with sugar, the resulting meringue base is then mixed with quick-baked home-made noodles (yolks remaining from meringue mixed with flour, some water and a bit of salt for dough, just a few minutes in the oven for them to get a soft blush, but not be very hard - and then break them into small bits, half a finger long) and nut bits and then baked in the oven for 15 minutes. The resulting cookies turn out crumbing soft outside with a crispy nutty filling, and its her absolute favorite thing how sugary meringue melts in your mouth as you crunch on the just a slight salted baked little noodle sticks and nuts inside.

The gooey cream cheese center really satisfies her sweet tooth cravings, and the top thin layer that crips up has a nice slight crunch to it too.
