I looked down with deep curiosity. My eyes burned at the sight to be honest. I had never really spent much time in a conscious state. Thousands of years staring into the silence would drive anyone mad, so instead I find myself drifting off to a deep slumber. The air was cold, the warmth of... Something important was missing. Something I loved dearly. What was it? I gazed around the dark sky to find that I was alone. No one for miles. So I stared off toward the planet below.

It's deep blues and wonderful colors allured me. I could see anything I wanted on that surface. Up close, or far away, or through the eyes of another being. One in particular I would check on now and then, at least I used to. He... or she... or they? honestly I didn't know. I could see, but that was it. They used to spend a lot of time exploring the world they lived on, but I can no longer find them. They remind me of someone. Someone I used to hold dear. That's right, I had a brother next to me. A brother who used to watch the world below. He used to tell me stories of how he wished he was born on that planet.

It's so lonely without him.

Life was spent chasing. Chasing after a shadow. When I set my paws on the cold hard earth, and snow enveloped my snow, I dedicated my eternal being to find you. I heard your call for me.

Had I forgotten something important, something dear to me? I believe I had lost a lot coming to this new place. A sacrifice that came from becoming flesh and bone perhaps, but this heart that yearns has always been there. I had been watching you, and desire to meet you.

I fear I have lost my way. The snow is painful, it has slowly chipped at my soul. The snowfall that melt on my pelt burn with every flake. This sorrow will not seem to leave me. I feel as if I have searched the world, and I will never find the other half of my self. The air pulls at every breath, till I see a glimpse of gold.

The suffering in your eyes. It is a familiar place to hold. I have came from all the way from space, and spent my eternity searching just for you. Had it been a day, or thousands of years I would never know. Time never held itself around me well. Yet despite my search for you, and you here in front of me, a blaze of light. You are not here so I'll continue searching in the deep white snow.

He stayed for a while, but wasn't quite satisfied, so one day he decided to run away and look for something new, something out of the ordinary, until he found the Clan Of The Woodlands.
