Edits: Uncommon Heterochromia, Uncommon Eye Color [purple eye], NR Expression Edit [something looking a bit more serious/unamused]

Doodle/Coat:

Description: "long-furred solid black with mid white". The white placement is not strict, please take artistic liberty with it! I just at least want her to have her little white paws :) [i also suck at drawing fluff so she is intended to be long-haired]
Prompt:
Running was all Onyx ever knew. Fleeing from her shadow, running from any type of conflict she knew she couldn't aid in. Onyx was, for lack of better word, a coward. She refused to take accountability for her mistakes, instead running at the slight whiff of hostility or disappointment from her peers. She never slept in the same spot more than once, and always looked over her shoulder in an array of paranoia.
Little did she know her running would not always work. One day, she ran into the borders of the Heart of Decay, confronted by unknown felines. She didn't recognize their scent nor their voice, but recognized the commanding and empathetic aura that surrounded its' leader, Envy. As she rest upon the cliffside, cowering from the clan, this cat called out to her, beckoning her to come down.
Onyx's tail flicked anxiously as she rose to her paws, making her way down the cliffside. She soon landed before Envy, a lump forming in her throat. This cat's aura was crazy. Strong, enforcing, but her tone was gentle, silky, like a mother. She was a stunning black-shecat, and massive in size, comparing to that of a maine coon. Her orange and green eyes glinted with curiosity as she gazed Onyx over.
"Who are you?" Envy asked.
"I'm... Onyx."
"A nice name. Tell me, why are you here in the Heart of Decay?" Envy would inquire.
"I... am running away from problems, and myself, again." Onyx groaned out with a hint of self hatred. This warranted a brow furrowing from Envy's end.
"And why is that, dear?" Envy went on.
Onyx stopped in her mental tracks. No one had ever stopped to ask her why she was running. Why she wouldn't confront her problems head on.
"I... don't know, actually." Onyx realized, warranting a small smile from Envy.
"Well. I am familiar with the shadows of self-doubt myself. Perhaps you would like to join me? I am building a home to aid lost souls like yourself." Envy offered, moving closer to Onyx to look her over. Onyx leaned back, the tips of her ears raising in flustered temperature.
"That would be nice. But what if I run away?" Onyx asked, a hint of sorrow and guilt in her strained voice.
"I won't let ya. And, if you do, I only hope you leave a better cat than you were coming in. No pressure if you do. Life is something you must explore yourself." Envy replied with a smile. "Come. Let me help you." The two would soon saunter off into the camp.
-----
That was the last time Onyx would ever run.
For little did she know, by pure luck, she had run into the love of her life that night. A moment of fear, and running again, netted her not only a new home, but a lover to spend the rest of her moons with.
