story, by all means, is nothing like the other cats who have found a home in the glade. they're a rather elusive individual, preferring to spend the majority of their days dozing off, nestled somewhere in the shelves of a bodega in the small human town nearby. they're not owned by anyone, and would never stand for that, but they certainly enjoy the company of humans; gentle pats, frequent treats, and a warm place to spend their nights.

when they're not napping, story's favourite thing to do is help the other cats of the glade. though they aren't particularly close with any of these other felines, they find joy in exploring the nearby wilderness and acting as a quirky wandering trader of sorts! they accomplish this by stuffing their hood full of goodies, and then offering them up in exchange for tales of past adventures from any cat they cross paths with. in return for these chronicles, story offers treats, canned food, and even small toys for kits on occasion.

known for their bubbly nature and knack for stuffing an almost comical amount of food into their small hood, story is rather beloved by the other cats of the glade. when passing through and visiting the various factions within this area, they've been known to stop and share the stories they've gathered with any kits who'll listen. as a result, story is somewhat of a legend amongst the younger population of the glade.

Ask anyone in clan clan and they would agree, Dino was strange.
Fig found the little she-cat pretty early on wandering around and brought her under his wing.
However he quickly came to realize in his old state, he could not handle this little kit.
She was always everywhere and nowhere at the same time, zipping around the clans territory doing what she described as "zoomies".

Eyes wide and claws out she dug her paws into the ground and sprinted around to release all her energy before collapsing at the end of the day. Only to repeat the same thing the next day...and the next. Fig was at his wits-end, hoping and praying that there was something...anything he could find for her to do, to get her to calm down and focus on something.

When the clan expanded outwards into the other run down buildings, cleaning them out for use, thats when they discovered a shed with cloths and fabrics. They were going to use them as blankets for the elders den before a curious eyed kit made herself known, jumping full body into the pile of fabrics and exclaiming loudly for all the hear.
"Oh my gosh! I can make stuffies!"

No one dared to interupt her, too stunned that she was sat still in one place for such a long period of time. Cauliflower occoasionally brought the kit food and checked on her to make sure she was okay. otherwise everyone was enjoying the moments of quiet and peace, without this little whirlwind running around causing havoc every second of the day.
Until said whirlwind emerged from the shed, a curious little object in her mouth, bits of fabric cut by claw and tied together with little bits of stuffing sticking out of the tiny holes on the side. It was a small...rabbit?...or maybe it was a cat?
"I mawde yew thwis." She spoke, mouth full as she gently handed it over to her mentor, Fig.

To this day, Dino sits in her shed most days, making small little plushies with the bits of fabric that had been leftover, now with more additions. Patrol would often bring her back curious things to use in her plushie making, keeping her occupied with this hobby that just seemed to manifest itself in her youth. No one knew why it happened, but they were grateful she finally had an outlset for all that energy she possessed. In reality it reminded her of her time as a kittypet..surrounded at all times by silly little plushies and fluffy objects. It reminded her of her old home..and that brought her comfort and happiness.

Mbanza was an artist at heart. Ever since she was a young kit she loved drawing and painting. She would make her own inks and paints from the native flowers and berries, occasionally from the soft river rocks.

Mukoko Ngo saw her talent and allowed her to begin painting the traditional masks used for warrior ceremonies. It was a job but it still felt like a fun relaxing past time for Mbanza. She loves getting lost in painting the bold colors in intricate patterns. She feels honored she was given the task of painting the masks. And of course, she still paints other things when it strikes her fancy.

ever since peachspeck was a kitten, he always loved taking care of people. he admired the queens within the nursery, their resilience and their protective nature over their kits. he had a couple of foster siblings, younger than him, and he would always help his mother with them, whether it was taking them out to see the camp or bringing them prey when he was older and able to hunt.

despite his peers' excitement in learning how to excel in their positions (scouting, hunting and fighting), peachpaw never found that hunting was that gratifying to him -- except for the part where he got to bring it back to his family and the cats back home. once he became a warrior, he submitted an official request to the council. instead of being a hunter, he wanted to be a queen. he wanted to spend his days taking care of others, kits or not, making sure the entire camp was comfortable and clean.

and nowadays, that's what he does. for fun, he likes to work in keeping his clan and his family happy and satisfied, by having their meals set for them and their nests perfectly polished. he also loves to play with the kittens in the nursery, making sure they're constantly happy, and making sure their mothers are even happier.

with a soft spoken, tender demeanor and considerately gentle step for the foliage beneath her paws, it is not hard to imagine the tender youthfulness following through every inch of this peach she-cat. despite the technology-based accessories and companion that she’s constantly accompanied by, her happiness lies in activities far from it. nearly all of her friends playfully referred to her as a grandma due to her more “old-fashion” joys. on most mornings one could find bea tending to her garden with a tender touch and sweet smile stretching her features. her favorites were her strawberries, their vibrancy and delectability her pride and joy. bea felt the happiest, though, in the kitchen. strawberry shortcakes and pastries are her best dishes, sweet and savory and rich, especially when mixed with her similarly home-grown golden peaches. there were always goods laid out and mouth-wateringly warm in her home, the saccharine scent welcoming others atop the breeze.

baking wasn’t her only joy in life; tactile crafts like knitting and crocheting also warmed her heart with delicate hands. these hobbies are her newest found happiness but they have quickly become one of her favorites. she absolutely adores making her loved ones bits of clothing to keep them warm during the colder seasons or fashionable during the hotter ones. she also loves making little companions for her friends; whether they’re small pocket-pals or full size cuddle buddies. bea is never quite as excited as when she has a new present for her friends, delicately and considerately woven by her own two paws. her clothes and plushie making does not stop at just her loved ones, she also finds joy in making herself new articles of clothing or decorative pieces for her home or simply using it to express her creativity in ways words or baking could not express. bea’s creative talents do not stop there, however, as she also utilizes her sewing ability for inventions that need a studier form.

scrapbooking is her oldest hobby, although it is one she does the least. it is a passive hobby, nestled in the back of her mind when she goes on walks through her gardens or strolls through the forest in search of more trinkets to collect or herbs to harvest and create into crowns or other objects. scrapbooks fill her shelves, encasing memories and life of the past.

these “old lady” hobbies caused jokes and ill-intended comments to be thrown carelessly at bea when she was younger. little did they know, their words and taunt only pushed her closer to finding her solace in using her hands in any creative way possible. bea has found happiness within herself now, embracing herself and her passions without judgment and surrounding herself with those who appreciate them.

Sunberry didn't just love making maps.. Not wasn't her real reason, the real reason is none other thannnnn.........WANDERING AROUND! Mapmakers are not allowed to be attacked, much like a healer. The reason why is because Mapmakers are actually neutral claned. Meaning they dont fight wars or battles, more do they really belong to one clan. They belong to every clan. Though when Sunberry has enough time to stay in a camp, she stays in NightClan. Now making maps is hard works, especially when its high detail. The best way to make maps is to really just... Wander. Wandering is fun, very fun actually, and when Sunberry wanders she collects things or gadgets, and studies them. And each passing day, she hopes she gets closer and closer To making the best map ever. And maybe just maybe. Discovering something new.

Coni listens to fun and silly stimming playlists in her free time. As an autistic individual, village life can often be overwhelming with the constant noise of carts, livestock, and cats shouting about who took that last hot cake. But with these playlists (which she acquired in very...ethical and totally normal ways and not from the giant cave that leads to the god realm) and her trusty headphones (also acquired in a perfectly normal way), she can navigate the world with significantly less stress. As a bonus, cats talk to her less when she has her headphones on, so no need to be bothered while doing errands or chores. She also uses the music when hunting in the forest for snails and other trinkets, tending to her peach trees, or just sitting in her swing enjoying the warm day on her porch.

The bright and joyful tunes are the soundtrack to her life, and really brighten up her day. The beats evoke a sunny-colored image filled with happy, popping bubbles and warm naps on a sandy beach. The music just makes her life more enjoyable and colorful. c:
