Prompt: As he walked down the pond near New Moon woods, Sarnap noticed that two-legs left some trash there. He was furious at first, not only they crossed their borders, but also didn’t respect the territory! He collected it and headed up to throw it out in the nearest two-leg town’s borders, but then a thought crossed his mind. Maybe it could have some better use? He always loved to carve in the wood, and given his innate creativity, he could fix one of his biggest problems - a hurting back and no time for himself. He carved a little thing shaped somewhat like a shell, and with springs and other mechanisms attached on mix of clay and very sticky pine resin. It wasn’t simple at first to use one, as Sarnap made it purely based on trial and error method, many of the prototypes falling apart, but finally, he made it and discovered his new talent - inventing. Cats weren’t used to one at first, as it always kept getting away, but they soon learned to just grasp it harder with their paws and support themselves with claws. They could just hook on higher place and climb on the vines or catch something they need then pull the vine back.
Now he’s seen not as just “the tall guy”, but most importantly - a talented carver and inventor. And of course, he likes it way more this way.

- It was based on a toy gun with its mechanism.

- The hooks and burdock seeds are able to deattach, eg. hooks can be put away and leave just burdock so it won’t damage an object.

- When pressure is left, the vines have to be put in place back manually.

- If a cat is too weak to hold the whole device, it can deattach the climber from the rest, the resin has to be reapplied when put back and one would have to be pretty agile to aim for the place though.
