kalon name; Justin
accessory/outfit;
Justin fought off what must have been his third yawn as he slowly slid out of bed one morning. His touch activated bedside lamp was the only thing illuminating his small cluttered bedroom, the heavy blackout curtains holding back the first rays of morning sun. A chill swept over him once his paw pads touched the cold hardwood floor, causing his fur to fluff slightly. He rubbed the sleep from his heavy eyes as he ambled over to his closet to get out his clothes for the day.
The first choice was his tripp shorts; they were black with red straps that would dangle and sway with his movements while he wore them. They fit him loosely and were always comfortable for him to wear. He grabbed the two wallet chains he would affix to either side of them. He appreciated the sensory of the extra weight added with each step. After attaching the chains he picked up two sets of silver bells he would attach to each hip. He always enjoyed the sound of jingling as he walked. Once all that was done, Justin pulled them on, hopping a little to get them over his hips and fighting off a dumb grin at the soft jingling that sounded loud in his quiet room.
Second came his long sleeved, black and red striped shirt. A moment was spent gingerly moving the fabric with his fingers, finding small places where it was nearly threadbare. Turning it over, a finger slipped through a small hole near the bottom seam of the shirt.
He didn't mind that it was so worn, the fact it had been with him since high school was a small comfort to him. He pulled it on over his head and smoothed his fur beneath the fabric as he finished putting it on.
Third was a black leather biker jacket. It was heavy and cool to the touch; there was joy in the familiarity of it. It was clearly old and a bit worn. He took time to gently thumb over a small tear in the lining before pulling it on. He shrugged his shoulders to get used to the weight of it on his skinny frame. In truth, it was a little big on him. It had fit his brother just fine, however. Justin didn't spend too much time dwelling on his brother these days. It's been so long that some people don't even realize he had a brother. The truth was he simply didn't like talking about it, but he would take this jacket to his grave one day.
Last, but not quite least, were his black combat boots. He tossed the boots haphazardly out toward his bed and began scrounging for a pair of clean socks. It didn't matter if they matched, it just mattered that they were clean. His tail flicked and his ears laid back in frustration as he tore through his cluttered room. "Aha!" He whispered as he finally found two of them. Plopping down at the edge of his bed he slid them on and so to went the boots. He stopped for a moment to admire the patterning on them again. They had white suns and moons over the entirety of them. The style reminded him of old tarot decks he used to see in the old shops his mom used to drag him into as a kid.
Sighing, Justin stood, completely dressed. He ran his fingers through his hair and made his way out of the bedroom and toward the kitchen to get something to quiet his aching stomach.

kalon name: Meena

Meena's favorite accessories are this nice green bomber jacket, a silver dog tag, and a worn-out pair of aviation goggles.
They all belonged to her late father back from his piloting days. The jacket's a bit thin in spots and the leather strap of the goggles is peeling back with age, but Meena still adores them. She can't bring herself to even patch them up; the rough edges remind her too much of her dad. He'd appreciate his old gear getting some use, she's sure.
