"Are you sure you got everything again, Ross? I don't want more mishaps like last time!" The other kalon nags at you, like a fretting hen.

You groan annoyedly while nodding. You've done this thousands of times, just one mistake one time and nobody seems to forget about it, jeez.

"Show me the bag again, take out all I told you to bring-" You interrupt them by opening the zipper of your bag angrily, the faster you can be done with this the faster you can go. There's somebody waiting for you and you don't want to keep them waiting.

You bring out the bandages, bags of coffee, the sweet snacks he seems to prefer, the kind that hurt your teeth just from smelling them, trashy romance novels (that guy has the worst taste you swear-), extra clothes for you and him, the bottles of water and the noteboooks where he can write and you can draw. Also the handheld videogame console you two share by turns, it's his turn this time. And not, you did not forget last time, don't believe that loser.

"Mmm, everything seems to be in order... Wait, where is the medicine for his injury? And the pencils?"

You freeze mid putting your bag together again.

"Ross, I told you to get everything! See? I wasn't wrong in stopping you!" The other kalon starts smacking you with his paw as you hurriedly go for what you forgot. "We're in precarious position right now, we can't afford to be careless."

"I know, I know! God, stop hitting me! I'm getting them already! Man, you're worse than a mother hen." The las part you mumble as you hurriedly put your bag together again with new additions, and finally you rush out of the door to see your friend.

You enter carefully your friend's hideout, man must he live in all this darkness like an emo vampire? You pat the wall, searching for the light switch, until a paw touches yours and you scream like a possesed banshee in fright.

The lights come on and your friend is there laughing at you as if he didn't give you a heart attack just now.

"Now, just for that I won't give you what I brought you." you mumble angrily.

Your friend snorts before nuzzling close to you.

"You know you love me." He says.

Sigh, you suppose you do.

A landscape painter by trade, Oryx keeps everything he needs on him just in case; his main gig is spray paint, putting trees and mountains on the side of blank building is very satisfying for him. He won't tresspass or vandalise like his peers though, he has to wait for commissions which are few and faw between so he settles for painting on canvases with regular paint. Less fun, but they sell better.

Oryx really doesn't know how to use that camera. It was a gift from someone, he honestly can't remember who, and it's probably good to carry around? With how much he uses it though, it's just weighing his bag down.

A set of butterfly stickers, pair of hand-made mini mittens for dolls, petals of lavender from where the sun sets and flickers

An old tube-sock missing its pair, legos which sit at the very bottom, an orange plastic clip for hair

A scattered mess of items, he really thinks he should clean it out
Discombobulated mishmash of the hobbies he could never keep
But then again… he does loves to compile it all into one picturesque image
Even if the thread never lasts long, and the crumbs are taken off by ants
Even though the petals start to wither
Because at this point, the bag is starting to go too.
