Prompt: leaf. while that may not seem like a strange name to outsiders, the tribe strictly name their members based on other animals and insects, so naming a kit after a leaf would be seen as foolish and ridiculous. why would you name your kit after a leaf when you could name them after a greater being in the world? salmon is particularly fond of leaves, especially ones from silver birch trees due to their rarity in the territory. coming across one of these trees is always a treat for salmon, and she would want to project that care onto one of her kits.
