Dr. Centric and their lab partners have found an Arevia that seems to closely resemble a Wild Ocean Arevia!
They do seem rather odd though, water keeps appearing where they go and one of the scientists felt themselves freeze where they were like they couldn't move anymore.

Maybe this needs more research would you mind taking over observing this new Arevia?

Thank you for bringing this specimen to light, my studies had been getting rather lackluster as of recent, so i look forward to the challenge! For an Arevia of this caliber to spring up now is most fascinating. For them to be able to spawn and potentially manipulate such quantities of water as you say,,, perhaps we could glean some insight to fellow oceanic arevia!

Just send my labs the coordinates to where this Creature resides and my crew and i shall head out post haste!
