Doveflight would be north, for a lot of reasons, but mainly because whenever she takes her journeys and explores outside of the camp, that's the direction she heads. By now she knows the areas surrounding the camp in that direction extremely well, and she extends her area of searching every day. She likes to think that much like the early settlers believed, both humans and cats, the north is the way to a better future, it means hardships and challenges that the clan must overcome to get even stronger, even bigger.
But Doveflight is also partial to Northeast, they would happily define themselves within that direction too. Maybe it's just because they like the word and saying it, but hey, that's a good reason in their book.

If Sticky were a direction they would probably be well represented by southeast. Most of the time in order to find your way back home it's important to find the North Star and follow it. However for Sticky, following the crowd is the last thing they want to do, not because of a sense of superiority or lack of understanding, but just because Sticky doesn't tend to take other's opinions into mind before doing things. If everyone says north can get you home, it's probably true, but maybe there's something we're all missing by only going north and Sticky wants to find out what that is. While Sticky is headed in the opposite direction they're open to any distraction, looking for adventure, treasure, or even companions. This causes their compass to wobble leading them to the southeast.

for everest, it would have to be west. the marsh walkers have a tale where their ancestors once buried, leave the marshes and head towards the beaches that lie west of their marsh home. they venture into the ocean to guard and battle against some sort of forces that wish to destroy the marsh walkers. and, everest full heartily believes this.

everest, though scared of what this force could be, is prepared to head westwards after his death to help defend his home. to him, he believes that this afterlife is very much true. if starclan is real and communicates to fogclan, then this has to be as well. so, on the beach, his eyes are constantly gazing out towards the western horizons that will be his enteral afterlife one day. he will head far more western one day, but for now, he sits and waits for his time to join the eternal battle in the western sea.
