Personality: This stallion holds himself to a very high standard, showing a quiet and aloof-seeming demeanor around others and very prideful in his responsibility in helping take care of the herd. At first, the herd had been confused by his unusual ability to attract foals to him. He will continue to deny this to this day, but one mare professed that her foal had wandered off while she was sleeping and when she went to look for them, she found the stallion laying in a pile of foals cuddled up very cutely as he watched over them. personality: Although she is competitive (at nearly everything-including small things such as keeping the cleanest stall, being the first to finish feeding) this Tolter has a soft spot for kids. When she arrived, she was high-strung, anxious, and even mouthy! One day the owner of the stables brought their young granddaughter to visit. She approached the aforementioned mare but the grandparent shouted, warning her about the bad mannerisms- but she did not listen. The young girl began stroking the mare's face and muzzle, massaging her ears as well. The owner couldn't believe what they were seeing! The mare was completely relaxed- leg cocked, mouth droopy, eyes half closed. From then on, the mare was frequently used with younger riders. She is always gentle with them and very relaxed in their presence-but her competitive side is always just beneath dependent on her rider and especially when she's showing.
