According to Neptune only when you are completely covered in it, cannot see past the hair, take up all the space in a room with it, accidentally bring an animal on onboard in it, get it stuck in a engine, and spend seven hours cleaning it each day and maybe then it’ll be too much. Maybe. He’ll maybe consider it for 3 seconds at most...

Unfortunately for the crewmates, Neptune does not care if it gets in the way of everything and everyone provided he looks good while doing it. Good luck trying to cut it, Neptune will do everything in their power to stop you and they are horrifying fast despite the hair and perhaps even faster. It’s almost as if he skitters with it, and according to many it’s alive??? He will not go down without a fight at least, for his hair is his pride and joy. It’s all about making a statement with the amount alone and looking good while doing it.
