Prompt:Webwhisker is a newly appointed warrior. She is still in that apprentice mentality, even though her place in the clan has been promoted. She is an eager cat, and questions just about everything she comes across, which is part of the reason why she was such a great apprentice. She asks all the right questions, and she is given an educated response from her mentor.
It was the morning. She had stayed up all night in the cold beginning of newleaf, serving her vow of silence until sunhigh. Her previous mentor had woken up, and greeted her. "How was the night?" Nodding asleep, she suddenly got up, shocked by the sudden voice.
"Oh, it's just you." She gasped and covered her mouth with her tail. Her mentor chuckled. "It's fine, your vow of silence is over."
She sighed in relief. "Phew, thank Starclan. I was going to die without anyone to talk to." Her mentor purred with relief. "Go get some sleep, Webwhisker. You deserve it, and we can't have our newest warrior slacking off, can we?" She smiled and nodded. She got up, and raced to the den, careful to be quiet while approaching the entrance. She stepped in and most of the warriors were curled up in their nests, a few getting up for the sunhigh patrol. One warrior, Wavetail, greeting her with a swipe of his tail as he exited the den. "Your nest is right here." he said, pointing with his tail to one of the nests on the side of the den. Not a bad spot, it might get drafty though. She walked over to it. The moss was fresh, and there were even a couple feathers in there for her. She smiled.
This was going to be great, she thought. She got into the nest, and circled around a few times to get comfortable. She settled in and finally went to sleep, her first time sleeping in the warriors den.

It is now noon

Sniff. *Achoo!* Webwhisker woke abruptly from her slumber. She looked around to see that she was the only one in the den.
What made me sneeze? she thought. She looked around, but couldn't spot anything. She tilted her head in confusion then out of nowhere, she caught a glimpse of a spider, sliding down her face. She gasped, not knowing what it was at first and trying to take it off. She felt it crawl onto her paw, so she lightly put her paw down to examine the creature. It was small, and plump little spider. "Aww, it's so cute!" she whispered. She watched as the spider crawled from her paws, then to her tail, back to her paws again. She observed it carefully, not really knowing what it was, letting her curiosity consume all of her thoughts. Suddenly, the deputy walked inside of the den. "Come on Webwhisker, it's time-" he paused and stared at her. "Oh, you're awake? What are you still doing in here?" Webwhisker excitedly showed him the the spider. "Look, I found it in my nest! Cute right?" The deputy rolled his eyes. "Sure. Now come on, we are going hunting today. Newleaf will be here officially any day now, and we need to hunt for the queens." Webwhisker nodded. "I'll be out before you can say 'rabbit-muncher'!" As the deputy nodded and made his way out, she went back to her nest and plopped the spider down. "I'll be back for you soon, little one. Don't go anywhere!" She then left the den, eager to start her first day as a warrior.
