Prompt: While most lions view Chantsi as a brawny, muscly-type lion, there's so much more to him than that. Chantsi actually has a passion for healing the wounds that lions inflict on one another, and has become one of Summitfall's healers, called myalos. As he was originally a warrior, he's respected by most everyone in the pride. However, if anyone crosses him, they'll find out just how spiky his demeanor can be. Chantsi enjoys his job, helping lions to live long, healthy lives. It benefits him and the community, and he doesn't want any other job. This one suits him just fine, and he likes it that way.

Prompt: The Strategist
Zain joined Veren's Pride after he too escaped from the factions' war. He was part of Veren's original faction and has a very logical mind. Zain was always an expert at games like chess and his skills became apparent when he predicted several of the factions' battles and outcomes based on their strategies. He has mixed feelings about his role because once his old faction had found out, the young lion had been brought to the leaders and forced to help them plan their battles. He knew which ones they had to loose, but he felt terrible knowing he was essentially sentencing some of his friends to death. After he escaped, Zain told himself he would not be the cause of any more innocent deaths. Luckily, when Zain joined the pride, Veren made it clear to him that he would only be her adviser when it came to these tough decisions, not the one who had to choose who lived and died. But Zain has decided if it came down to it, he will choose his new pride over the greater good.

Prompt:Ledari's role in the pride is as a scout. All he needs to do is investigate a pride and see if there are any lions or lionesses that fit the kings specifications. Sometimes there isn't any and Ledari's quickly moves onto the next pride but sometimes he finds those who meet what the king is looking for. When this happens he must memorize their routine and relay as much information as possible back to his pride. That's where his role ends. He is not to return to the investigated pride and is instead sent onto the next.

He thrives on the praise he gets from doing his job. He is one of the few that frequently talks to the king and the grins the king give him makes his heart swell. He loves his job, even if he is unsure of the purpose. It often seems to be respected within the pride, with Ledari often getting congratulated for his finds.

Ledari regrets the one time he broke the rules. He returned to an investigated pride, even knowing how taboo it was. He had left a bracelet behind he had been given by a new mate though, he would feel awful leaving it behind.

But as he looked over the investigated pride a horrible feeling overcame him. It had only been a small pride, perhaps six or so making the missing piece so obvious. There had been a lion here, one who had fit the King's description perfectly. And now, he was gone.

It put a whole new spin on Ledari’s role. No longer sure of what happened to the investigated lions, his joy and excitement for his job faded. He became scared, unsure of if his job could really be considered collecting data, or if it was something far darker.

Prompt: Hugo is what the pride calls a 'stalker,' the ones who go one hunts to find food. This is a role that he gladly accepts as his own. He helps provide food for his pride as a whole, keeping their bellies full. Whether it's finding berries, pray or other edible plants he is proud to bring them food to help keep them alive.

Prompt: Estion's role in the pride is to hunt prey. His sandy coat easily fades against the background of the sandy, sun-stained ground around the territory. He is quick, agile and calculating - able to take down prey with ease. He is adept at organising large prey take-downs, acting like a tactician and advising the other hunters the best plan of action. Estion does enjoy his role, the founder Sabira advised him to take his position, and it pleases him to prove she made the correct decision. Not only that, but bringing the meal home to the rest of the pride is always a bonus for him - they are vocally thankful for his work every time.

Prompt: Alhaadi’s job in the pride is one that couldn’t get more rewarding. He’s a warrior — part of the first line of defense for his loved ones — and a special one, at that. He’s the individual that has the golden opportunity to train the younger warriors and see them through as full-fledged battlers in the end. It’s a bit of a mix, you see — some cubs are already perfect for the hardness of fight, yet some can’t even figure out how to walk in a straight line. This training, however, is something that Alhaadi cherishes more than anything. Getting to know the members of his pride — his family — is something that truly he knows is his duty, and the young warriors couldn’t agree more. Alhaadi loves it more than anything, and thanks his lucky stars every day for the opportunity that he has.

Pride: nchi za nad. this would be founder! I've started a page here, that hasn't gotten much done, seeming as I haven't achieved any lions just yet.
Prompt: Hitalu, although he's responsible for the beginning of a new era as the founder of his land, has quite a strange job. Rather than lead the pride in a traditional sense, he's what they call the "Mtazamaji wa Mvua" which is Swahili for the Rain Watcher. Truthfully, most of the animals within his territory think he's blowing smoke out of his ears, but Hitalu has quite the natural knack for predicting the weather, how rough or gentle the next seasons will be, and whether or not the pride should focus more on finding higher grounds - since their low lands are famous for disastrous floods, or gathering as much prey and herb stocks as possible before the famine sets in. Hitalu rather enjoys the mystery around this. Really, all there is to it is paying attention to what Mother Nature has to say, but, for now, he'll let the crazy rumors and ideas go on. At least he has something to entertain himself, rather than his second duty: watching over all of the cubs who like to step all over his face - and apparently don't know how to sheath their pokey claws. Ahem.

I also really liked this form too and had a hard time choosing between them so I'm going to give you an RU.
