Ivy's discipline of choice is team driving, particularly obstacle driving as it creates the high energy environment that she loves to prefers to compete in. Currently, this mare is competing with a recreational team and for her owner it is not a career, but rather a hobby; but to Ivy, if she could do i every day, she would. The reason that Ivy adores driving is because she absolutely loves other horses and lives for the adrenaline rush it gives her. Due to an injury when she was meant to be broken to saddle, Ivy sat for a number of months and when it came to that time again it was decided that she would be broken to harness instead. Later in life, this mare was broken to saddle but driving is, and always has been, her forte.

Bean enjoys the hustle and bustle and thrill of Fox Hunting. Being in First Flight enables her to show what her breed is known for to others. Even though she would prefer less noise from all the dogs she doesn’t hate it, knowing fully well about when the dogs catch onto the dragged scent the fun has begun and it’s time to go. Eventually her and her rider would become the Field Master, making sure no one gets to close to the hounds or the Huntsman, and even a Wippers-In. Even though she loves the thrill of the hunt there are times she does enjoy just going on a basic trail ride or even do some endurance.

Side note- Wippers-In is someone who makes sure the hound don’t go onto the road or onto land that’s not open to the hunt. They must be able to stay up with the hounds, even sometimes getting a head of them.
