Day 7
Username: Knickknacks
Cow: Phoebe
Prompt:
Phoebe hadn't been entirely sure what to expect when Beverly had informed her that their herd would be taking a trip to the Farmer's Market, but all things considered? She had ended up enjoying herself quite nicely. The tawny gold heifer had spent some nice time recalling pleasant memories, as well as doing some valuable self reflection. Phoebe wasn't usually one for deep reflection, but the Hootenanny had given her many opportunities to do some good reflection, and she thinks that she did learn some important things about herself over the course of the market.

She had remembered things she loved about her childhood, thought on good memories with her sisters, and been told to examine herself and think on her greatest enemy, and how she responded to difficulty, among other questions. Though the self reflection hadn't necessarily been easy- when is critically examining yourself ever easy?- Phoebe had enjoyed it. And Daisy Grace had done a good job of keeping things light enough that they were still enjoyable. Phoebe would always appreciate the experience she'd had at the Farmer's Market- and couldn't wait to hear what the rest of her herd had gotten up to.

"Thanks a lot for setting up this market," Phoebe said simply. "I'll come again if you host it next year, as well."

Day 7
Username: Northstar.
Cow: Khepri
Prompt:

I enjoyed the duck shenanigans the most.  Seeing all thise Buttermilks work so hard to trap a duck was the most amusing thing I've seen in awhile.  To be outwitted by such a tiny animal - ha!

And the carnival games are amusing - I have a friend betting on Victoria.  Who would've thought fake horse racing would become so serious. This whole market was very well thought out and planned.  Kudos to that director.

But as for you second question: yes. I learned things I never knew of myself. I thought I knew my faults but they came to light in the midst of this.  I will work harder on becoming a better me - I see now that I can.  I have tried so hard to change tbe things in myself that I don't like - maybe it's best if I accept them.

I am strong and beautiful like the desert sun and I will endeavor to be just as blinding.  I will overcome my self-doubts, and I will learn to push aside my insecurities. I will try to be kinder and gentler, though I can't say if kind is in my nature.  I will be happy.

I discovered many qualities in myself and yet I still have much to learn."
