What are Direcorns?

Direcorns are a mystical race of canine like creature that are part unicorn!
Uniwolves are normally very shy and keep to themselves, it is very rare to see them. With paws up front and hooves in the back these little guys are some of the fastest runners.
The small horns on the backs of their leg are used for protection, and marking their territory.
Direcorns are said to have magical powers such as teleport or being able to levitate and some of the rarer, more elusive ones are said to have wings!
These fluffy creatures are very cuddly & friendly and once their trust is own they are actually very happy creatures.

Rarity Guide

Standard:
Teeth, Claws

Common:
Hair edits, Backmane edits, Custom Tails, Custom Tongue, Sclera Color, Heterochromia

Uncommon:
Fur Edits, Custom Ears, Colourful Blood, horn edits

Rare:
Extra/Missing Eyes (maximum of six eyes total), Extra Limbs (up to six total), Missing Limbs (up to two total), Body shimmers/glow, Multiple Tails (Max of 4) Munchkin or Reverse Munchkin, Non functional wings (small, can't be attatched to body),No Tail, unusual horns (something unlike a regular unicorn horn)

Mythical:
Functional Wings (Max of 4), Gem growth, Gem Horn, Multiple Heads, Extra Ears, Multiple Halos, More than Six Limbs (maximum of eight), Exposed Bone, Gene Splicing (with approval only)
Illegal Traits:
No horns, Horns on the Body, Limbs in odd places

Non-Rarity Traits:
Weight edits, Expression Edits, scars

General Rules
Direcorns are a closed species; unless you have a myo, only staff can make Direcorns

- Direcorns can only be traded for other Direcorns
- Purchasing a Direcorn for DA points or real currency from other users is prohibited
- Respect all staff and community members
- Don't whine, complain and/or threaten a staff or community member if you don't win an adopt
- Transferring a Direcorns out is species has to be done with the species owner (Lexxa_Astral)'s permission

3 strikes = Ban

- Some offenses are a one warning then ban (See Bans)
- Free adopts/Items can be revoked based on why the user was banned
- Any unused myos/items are voided, and can't be traded, gifted or used.
- Direcorns made with purchased myos can be kept and taken out of the species, but can't be traded or bred
- Direcorn currency is also voided when banned

What can get you a strike

- Whining to other users and staff for not winning a direcorn/not getting something
- Harrassing users or staff for items/direcorns

What can get you banned

- Selling Direcorns/Myos/Items for ANY currency (one warning to all users involved)
- Stealing/Claiming Direcorns you don't own as your own (one warning)

General Staff Rules

- If any staff can't perform their duties in a given month, they must either dm the owner or say so under the absence notice channel in discord
- Staff cannot abuse their powers. (Mods can't let friends off with warnings, artists can't take bribes for adopts or nursery slots etc)
- Any staff breaking species rules will be treated the same as regular users (3 strikes, then a ban)
- Staff being inactive will be asked to communicate twice. If they still don't give a reason for absence, they will be removed from their position
- Staff found abusing their powers will receive a strike, and after 2 are removed from their position
- All Staff will receive a 1 rare trait myo each month for being active. (Up to 3 Months can be combined into a 3 trait rare myo)

Artist Guidelines

- Artists have to make at least 1 adopt per month
- Nursery artists (When the nursery opens) should open a slot at least once a month/every 2 months
- Artists get a 1 rare myo for every month active
- Guest Artists get 1 uncommon myo for their trial, hired or not

Archivist Guidelines

- Archivists must update the archive in a timely manner
- Archivists should communicate to make sure things don't get added/removed multiple times
- Archivists can not change things in the archive for their benefit (Give themselves items/Myo/breeding slots etc)
- Archivists receive a 1 rare myo for activity

Moderator Guidelines

- Moderators have to be active (So if there aren't any questions/things to be done in a month, that's fine)
- Moderators receive a 1 rare myo for activity
- Moderators must not abuse their power (Giving unfair strikes/warnings, giving purposefully false information etc)
