What are Cosmicats?
Cosmicats (Cosmis for short), are fun-loving kitties that swim through the Milky Way! They're full of magic, which is shown through their eyes, ears, and fins! Rumors say a Cosmicat is created when two elements crash together in space, forming a Cosmi in the process. Cosmicats are super friendly, often coming down from space to befriend inhabitants of other planets!

Cosmicats are usually about 3ft tall, though there are rumors of larger ones, with Ancient Magics roaming around the galaxy...

•Cosmicats are a closed species. Only official staff are allowed to make adoptables.
•Freely obtained Cosmiscats only be traded for other species and artwork
•Purchasing/Selling a Cosmis for a currency it wasn't obtained with is prohibited
•You cannot use the Cosmicats Base for profit if you are not an official artist
•Respect all staff and fellow members
•Transferring a Cosmicat out is species has to be done with the species owner, and the original artist's permission
• Users are allowed to own an unlimited number of Cosmicats
•Cosmicats can be freely traded and gifted, as long as it's posted on the archive update thread


⊱▬▬▬▬▬ {.⋅ Staff Guidelines ⋅.} ▬▬▬▬▬⊰
•Artists may make adopts in any Free or paid manner (FCFC, Raffles, Competitions)
•Artist must be active (making adopt, nursery batches, etc) at least once in a 3 month period
•Staff members will recieve a 1 limited trait myo per active month, which can be combined for a higher tier, or split into items with permission from the owner
•Guest Staff (Artists, Archivists, Moderators) must preform all duties assigned to be considered for a permanent position
•Guest Staff, at the end of their trial, will recieve 1 Uncommon myo ticket
•Activity for staff is as follows; minimim 1 adopt/nursery batch/user custom for Artists, logging adopts, trades and customs for Archivists.

As regular artists, you are allowed to offer Basic and Limited magic types for your customs.
Free customs need to be Basic.
Minimum Custom Prices are...
100 C$ / $5 USD - Standard
+180 C$ / $10 USD for Limited Magic
+80 C$ / $5 USD for Limited Edits [not per, this covers all limited-edited-customs]
You cannot offer higher rarities than that.
Paid Adopt Minimums are 80 C$ / $5 USD for Basic Magic, 200 C$ / $10 USD for Limited Magic/edits.
Paid Nursery batches are 80 C$ / $5 USD per kit minimum.

Non-Rarity Traits:

Weight edits, Expression Edits, scars, claws, whiskers, fangs, accessories,

Basic:
Artists can freely make basic Cosmicats

Hair edits, Fur edits, Ear edits, Pupil edits, Darker/Coloured Sclera, Tongue edits, Extra fins, Magic Coloured Blood, Shaped Cosmic Matter

Limited:
A gen 1 limited can be made for every 5 basic adopts an artist makes

Extra/Missing Eyes, Extra ears, Extra Limbs, Missing Limbs, Bioluminescence, Multiple Tails (Max of 4), Height Edits, Horns, Tail type edits, Aquatic Genesplices (Gills, scales, etc), 1 set of horns

Mythical:
Gen 1 Mythics are reserved for milestones and events, with owner approval

Wings, Multiple Heads, Halos, Transparency, Muzzle/Face Shape edits, Non-Aquatic GeneSplicing (with approval only)

Ancient:
Gen 1 Ancients are not allowed for regular adopts.

No Cosmic Matter, Cosmic Matter not matching magic colour, Singular Magic colour, Full Coloured Eyes, Species change (Being made to not appear feline)

Magic Guide

Each Cosmicat has 2 different magic types, which can be seen through their eyes and Cosmic Matter. The combination's rarity matches the highest tier magic included.

Basic:
Artists can freely have basic magic combinations
Water, Earth, Fire, Air, Floral, Faunal, Electric

Limited:
Artists can make combinations using a limited magic every 5 basic magic adopts they make
Poison, Frost, Melody, Storm, Healing, Fungal

Ancient:
Ancient Magic combinations are not allowed at this time.
Solar, Lunar, Time, Space, Life, Death, Void
