Scientists are asking the general population to consider adopting
Kalons for further study in their capabilities of intelligence.

Lately I've been feeling real simple designs. Plus I wanted to do something with noise eyes!

Light, it blinds white, but only those who can't see. Black, what blinds what light cannot. Or, to those who can't see, blind is all one knows.

there is something inherently beautiful and infinitely charming about
the white of snow, the white of bridal gowns, and the white of cotton
clouds. to niveus, white is purity and innocence. white is a blank slate
upon which he spreads his thoughts, and he does so with a fierce fervor;
he aims to be heard, to be recognized, and white is a beacon amidst a
sea of black.

white is power and opportunities, as it is the white pieces in chess that
makes the first move. white is careful scheming, as the flag of surrender
may signal that the battle has been lost, but the remnants of war is still
yet to come. white is a reminder of life, of everything still good and
wonderful in the world, of the precious moments that he treasures deep
within.

niveus knows better than anyone else that you cannot just look out at
the world with rose-tinted lenses, because things simply don't work that
way. however, if he is to lie to himself - and he will! - then he'd rather
maintain as positive of an outlook as he can. better to retain the purity
of these lies than to acknowledge the tainted truth . . .

black or white?: [200/200] syn suffers from chronic migraines. his world is flashing colours at all times, and the bright white overtakes his vision for hours at a time, especially in public. pink and brown were the most prominent, but during the busy hours of the day it was almost pure white, and it didn't help the dull, throbbing pains that tended to settle in syn's temples. he'd tried his damndest to get rid of the bright and flashy colours, from wearing a bandana over his eyes to wearing noise-canceling headphones- but nothing worked. it didn't help the frequencies that rumbled in his head, that had him shoving the heels of his palms into his eyes to try to get it to just go away, it just tended to muffle it the smallest bit.

he comes home with his head pounding most days, and when syn's able to finally lock himself in his room, lined with noise-canceling pads, he finds himself relaxed. it's not bright and flashy in his world he's made for himself, it's peaceful and dark- black. the silence is something he loves and looks forward to, so, he prefers black to the pulsating white that plagues his daily public life.

Tell me what you see.

I see a vast city. The tall, pointed buildings clustered in the middle, surrounded by smaller ones. Then a sea of red in a perfect pattern lined up alongside each other like underwater soldiers. There are some trees scattered amounts the soldiers, but not many. The sky is a brilliant blue with puffy white marshmallows for clouds dancing across it. The birds sing to each other from the sky to the soldiers. Giving praise to each other for the wonders they bring. They talk of the ocean, not far from the city. The ferocious waves mercilessly crashing against the soft white sand, carving out paths and tunnels in it. And the people. Oh, the people. They're laughing and playing, eating ice cream and splashing in the crystal-like water. This is the perfect summer holiday, a dream come true for many.

And what else?

I can smell the salt in the air, the cool breeze on my face. I can feel the sun beaming down on my shoulders, the pain and the pleasure of burning skin. I should be wearing a hat!

Black, that's all that Retric can see when he tries to remember, remember to a time before; because surely there has to have been a time before all of this, hasn't there?


There is no light in his current state nor in the brief images that flash through his mind on occasion, the only white he sees are the speckles of it throughout the static of his corrupted memories. Maybe there isn't a before, he sometimes thinks, maybe this is all that there is, the black and the static, but why is he so sure that there is more to everything than this?


His current memories and thus logic support the idea of only the now and yet he believes so much more in the feeling of the before. But the others won't talk about the possibility of a before and they won't listen without proof of it, they don't have the same feeling as he does, they don't have the same... the word is hard for him to form but just sometimes when he truly needs it, it does form, hope, the hope of something more, so, for now, he sits in the black, waiting within the static. {199}

Teevee prefers white, despite black being an endless color white seems to give Teevee a canvas of imagination in their head. As if the white that stretches in their static eyes stretch vastly across their head ranging with endless imagination theycan fill it up with. Teevee is a extremely creative Kalo so they'd love to dream about taking a imaginary crayon and drawing out all their ideas their imagination across the white canvas that they sees infront of them

Black. Black the evil- destroys all, kills all. But white, it heals all, giving birth to all. Together they balance out the earth though, like ying and yang. For every thing death touches, it kills. And for every death of black,
a new light is born. For every thing black touches, white springs into it, making it stronger. But without black, nothing would be strong. Together they clash, but they work together to create balance of pitch and pure - black and white. Death and life.
The life of death as they call it, or the white of black. Both shades but very different meanings and interpretations. Together they work together to make the world stronger. Black and white. The death of life-ying and yang/black and white, both creating power in the world of balance, the pendulum swings.
