Dear Marshy,
I've kept my feelings for you contained as long as I can.
There's no easy way to put this but.. I am in love with you.

I don't know where this courage is coming from but these
honest love shouldn't be contained. There is so much about
you that most girls don't see. They only see the physical aspects.
But my love for you is more than just that. My feelings for you grow
every day, and my love grows deeper with every passing minute.
You mean so much to me. Just seeing your smiling face makes my
heart melt.

I try not to think of so much but my mind likes to wander. From
the cute little goodnight messages you send me to the ones where
you're wishing me a great day. I live for those little things in life. I
didn't know what I wanted until I met you.

This is one of the toughest things I've ever had to write in my life.
College essays were a piece of cake compared to this love letter.

Dear Iris,

I have a hard time putting my thoughts together while speaking, so I thought it'd be best to write a letter.

We've known each other for 2 years, and I'm only now admitting my feelings. Ever since I saw you at another gig, I knew I was in love with you. I didn't have the guts to talk to you though, and I just watched you from afar. Part of me felt stupid for not going over to you right then and there. If I was more confident, I would've introduced myself.

I continued to go to random gigs after that and hoped I would see you. Sometimes I would catch a glimpse of you, and my heart would go wild. Even now, I can't seem to calm my heartbeat when I'm around you. I don't know if I want this feeling to slow.

When I saw the advertisement for a drummer in your new band, I knew that it was fate. I mean what else could it be? The universe knew that I was good at playing drums and that I was head over heels in love with you. I'm just lucky that the universe wanted to push me closer to you. If it didn't, I don't know how I would've ever spoken to you.

I guess Penny has also played a very large part in this. Right from the interview, she saw the look in my eyes and she knew. Maybe that's why she said I was in before you could say a word. But I also know that you didn't argue with her. And there was your own gleam in your eyes.

I've been hiding behind my drumset, playing along to my cues. But no longer. From now on, I want to take a step forward and follow my own rhythm -- the beating of my heart for you.

Bella is a hopeless romantic. She was in a toxic relationship, and broke up with him 2 years ago. Bella has never been more happy, and it was all thanks to her cat Evermist. Bella wrote it more as a "I love you" as in a non romantic way. On valentines day, she buys herself chocolate, and buys Evermist treats.

She'd always been a shy thing growing up, and it took quite awhile for her to find her voice. As a child she only had a few close friends, a tightknit group until they entered their high school years, and then she was faced with the problems that come with being a teenager. Self doubt, the desire to fit in, involuntarily comparing herself to others she thought of as popular. Mostly she kept to herself, and was overlooked in and out of class as the girl at the back of the room, or the back of the crowd. But despite the sense of loneliness she felt sometimes, she never let it get to her.

She was always the kind one. The one who helped new students navigate their way around school, shared her lunch with the birds, and stayed after the bell to help tidy the classroom. It was her teachers who praised her kindness and gentle nature, saying that it was something that would take her far.

A few years after leaving school, she's found herself in a job that suits her well, and it's where she met her friend Annie. Together they're doing their bit to spread positivity and self love into the world, with Annie being more of a public motivational speaker, and Cyrus taking care of the online side of things. They have a popular blog and merch store, with a percentage of the profits going to related charities. Sometimes Cyrus still feels that flicker of self doubt, but she's happy to be in a place now where she can turn those thoughts around, and use her own experiences to help others. With Annie by her side they're strengthening their own self love, while also helping others to do the same.
