I think an idea for an event could be a sports competition or like a show for showing off horses for sale with horses that have their manes and tails braided or styled as typical for certain professions, like polo horses have mohawk (Or shaved, but that's not as cool of a look) hair, like you usually see on Fjords, and the tail braided and tied up or Reining, where they braid the tail so it doesn't get caught, or braiding and mane braid buns on eventing and Dressage horses.

I was thinking, maybe something like those Mustang challenges? People can adopt a "Wild" horse and then write/draw to "train" it and do a showing at the end where they could adopt it out to someone else who had a wild horse? Or maybe even keep it themselves, however the staff decides to go about doing that. But could be a time limit like they normally have, and you have so many days/weeks/etc to write or draw a certain amount to have your horse compete better or worse at the end. Maybe if you reached a certain point you could keep it, otherwise it could be "auctioned" off?
