Suggestion?: I'm going through a hard time as well. If it's friend issues, my mom makes me "write a letter" to them, then we burn it, or ruin it. I'll also eat something I love, that I don't necessarily have a lot. I find it helpful to watch a funny video ( I suggest Flamingo, or maybe an animation story time ). That makes me calm down, and find a reason to laugh. When I'm upset, I put myself down. Because of this, my mom makes me say positive things about me, or my life. Like "I have 5 loving cats" or "My family accepts me".
When it's raining, I like to sit in the library cafe when its quite. There's one of those bar tables with bar stools facing a window, and me and my friend like to sit there. It's really relaxing when it's raining because it seems more peaceful, and gives me a good vibe.

Getting stressed is an unfortunate part of life, while sometimes necessary it can easily go into overdrive. So my suggestion for stress of any kind whether on your mental state and affects your physical state causing tension and knots in your body, or your body just happens to be under stress and collapses under you. Or maybe you just need to do something relaxing to calm your mind and your body is actually ok. Taking a nice long hot bath helps relax just a little bit. Surrounding yourself with calming smells can also help ease the pain a little. Just enjoying a little you time can go a long way.
Another thing to help is not completely isolating yourself. It feels miserable and lonely and after long periods of isolation going out into the world feels foreign and exhausting. Try to talk with people. Sending a quick hi to anyone may help deal with life. Just having a quick conversation and human interaction might make you feel better.

Suggestion?: Sometimes you need to cry, it mentally relives so much stress. Talk with your friends if that personally makes you feel better. If you have time, have a you day. No worries, just relax. I'm sorry to hear you aren't having the best time. It'll pass, I can't say when but I know that hard times are golden cause they lead to better days. Sometimes it's hard being positive, and that's okay.
