Keiji is a Pokemon Ranger who's involved in numerous projects concerning the protection of Pokemon and their habitats. Knowing the importance of each species in ecology, he'd rather the Pokemon choose him. Because of this, he prefers not to catch Pokemon in Pokeballs.



i. Furret (Riri) ♀ - ii. keen eye - iii. quick attack, defense curl, iron tail, flamethrower
His first Pokemon was a Sentret, whom he had the chance of meeting after the Pokemon was separated from its pack. Keiji helped the Pokemon to rest easy from its anxiety and they became close. Now a Furret, it's named Riri by Keiji. Riri has the Keen Eye ability and is always on the lookout for danger.



i. Murkrow (Kuu) ♂ - ii. prankster - iii. wing attack, confuse ray, night shade, foul play
Murkrow (nicknamed Kuu) was his second Pokemon, meeting after it stole Keiji's shiny Ranger badge. Despite Keiji trying to teach Kuu not to steal, Kuu fancies being a troublemaker and stashes shiny things in the unsuspecting Keiji's pockets.



i. Scizor (Cy) ♂ - ii. light metal - iii. swords dance, iron defense, bullet punch, x-scissor
Keiji had gotten his third Pokemon, Cy the Scyther, in the Bug-Catching Contest. He had won first prize with the Scyther, and though Keiji was willing to release Scyther afterwards, it decided to stay. Although a quiet Pokemon, Cy loved to be trained by Keiji, especially after evolving to Scizor. Cy helps cut tall grasses and clear paths.

Keiji's fourth Pokemon was a Woobat named Bee. Bee had accidentally stuck to Keiji because of its rather poor echolocation ability. While he helped lead the bat back to its family, Bee was fairly attached to him already and showed great fondness to Keiji by leaving heart-shaped marks on him. Keiji accepted the Pokemon's affection and brought Bee to his adventures.

While he and his four Pokemon traveled, Kuu found something shiny on the forest floor, and scratched the surface until they discovered a Plume fossil. Upon laboratory inspection, Archen was revived, and it quickly became attached to Keiji. He happily took Archen under his care and called him Archie. During pastimes, Keiji teaches Archie how to fly, much to the Pokemon's inability. Archie and Bee often rival for Keiji's affection, though he loved them both equally.

His sixth Pokemon, Mimikyu, just started following him one day, after the Pokemon saw how close he was to his Pokemon. When Keiji noticed, he gave the Pokemon some food, thinking it was only hungry. Mimikyu (aka Mimi) took this as a sign of acceptance and jumped happily in his arms, Keiji couldn't resist taking it along with him. Mimi is the favorite perching spot of Kuu.

relationship with team: Jakob loves his team! They all have a great trust between them. He looks tough but he doesn't actually participate in battles a lot, opting more to show them off in contests. He's the kind of trainer that will take any opportunity to ramble and gush about his pokemon. Always getting them treats and making them look extra nice. Each pokemon has their own name along with their own nickname he likes to call them!

With Pip well that's their main pokemon really if he had to choose. Almost a leader pokemon. He's trying his best to make them great!
Chompers was a rattata that he evolved! An achievement of sorts. He's had Chompers the longest.
Skitter was caught soon after Chompers, same area actually! Skitters is a little bit of a trouble maker, a real chaos gremlin. Loves snacks and riding on Jakob's head. A big baby.
Ray looks super graceful and a contest winner! They really got to Jakob's heart with how weirdly clumsy it is. Lovely Ray is fine! Just happens to clumsy. Jakob lovingly calls them Ditzy.
Luna actually found Jakob already evolved. He didn't hesitate to bring Luna into the family. She was a little skittish at first but soon bonded with him. He makes sure she is always well loved and praised. She's grown stronger from it!
Baby is the newest to the team! Jakob caught them and instantly fell in love! Baby is probably the most spoiled out of the team, gaining treats and praise from strangers as well!
What they all have in common is that they're all loved by Jakob with all his heart. Also they're super cute!

his little guy lives up to his type, alright. he'll pick a fight wi
th anything. he differs from typhlosion's brave personality by
being simply reckless. riolu is the newest addition to our gro
up, and has a lot of training to do. he pulls shinx's tail and plucks murkcr
ow's feathers until i give him berries to snack on. despite his spitfire nat
ure, riolu likes to cuddle up at night.

Iollos is a rather quiet trainer hailing from lavender town, where he came into the care of ghosts misplaced after the incident in pokémon tower... Iollos never thought much of being a trainer or going on the traditional path to the league, but Gastly and Cubone’s companionship motivated him to get out of his shell and grow closer to the world around him.

At first the trips were small excursions into the neighboring towns, on supplies runs for Mr. Fuji or other residents of the sleepy town. Iollos and his partners were soon frequenting the routes just outside Lavender town, warding off rampaging pokémon and team rocket grunts who were unfortunate enough to have been left behind in the scramble to escape the mysterious trainer who had foiled their plans. It wasn’t until gastly evolved that Iollos realized his love for his pokémon, and vowed to strengthen the bond between them. There really wasn’t anything close to the feeling that brought Iollos to tears as he congratulated the haunter now floating happily before him, licking his face and cubone’s in turn.

Soon afterwards Iollos bid farewell the Lavender town, the quiet boy had built up quite the reputation and the sleepy village had said their goodbyes through tears eyes. Though Iollos would miss them greatly, the aura of excitement rolling off cubone and haunter reassured him. Iollos soon swept through the eight gyms of Kanto, and opted to take a less traditional approach to battling, and found himself in Alola.

Decidueye was gifted to Iollos as an official welcome to Alola and the island challenge. Decidueye fit in perfectly with Cubone and who was now Gengar. He even took cubone under his wing, training him to use his bones the way decidueye use their arrows. In a trial against Captain Kiawe, Cubone took the chance to evolve, becoming the spectre-ly alolan marowak. Gengar got lost had gotten lost traversing the volcano, and was led out by a clefable. The two had a budding friendship and clefable agreed to trek with Iollos and his friends. Drifblim and mimikyu were also drawn to Iollos, who made a name for himself as a macabre, ghost-like trainer. The team drifted between islands as drifblim carried them leisurely, and Iollos became known for protecting the pokémon of the islands and assisting other in their alola trials. A mysterious trainer passing as a friend through Alola.

That's me!


Charizard

Ugh, charizard. Where do I begin. He's cocky and loud, never supportive, and just plain annoying! Sometimes I think he's just here to get on my nerves, but I know that's not true, at least not entirely. Maybe I should try being kinder to him, but he's just so hard to be kind to! I wonder what's bothering him...


Delcatty

Delcatty is kind, but she's somewhat of a pushover. Whenever other pok'emon are rude to her, she just lowers her eyes and walks away. I tell her to stand up for herself, but she says she's not that kind of pok'emon. I try to protect her, maybe a little too much, but I can't always be there. She needs to learn how to be more assertive, or she'll never reach her full potential.


Leafeon

Leafeon's that one girl, the one who seems like she's the best at everything and knows it too. She likes to brag about her accomplishments, but at least she's not as bad as Charizard. She's supportive of everyone on the team, but maybe too critical of Delcatty. She tells Delcatty to stop acting like a doormat and start acting like a winner, and although she thinks she's helping, I believe she's only making the situation worse.


Ampharos

Ampharos is a lot like your typical dad, but with a sort of twist. He's over protective of everyone, and doesn't like to hear any profanity. Whenever a fight starts he's always there to throw logic in your face, but never really gets too involved. He loves reading books, and uses his tail like a light. We don't know how late he stays up, but Leafeon says she once saw him reading at 3am. He's a little strange, but we love him.


Mew

Mew is basically the little kid who gets everything they want. Everyone loves them, and they're always receiving gifts and treats from the others. Mew is somewhat of a quiet pok'emon, but can be loud if they don't get what they want. They're still too young to battle, but something tells me they won't take much interest in it. Whatever the case, Mew is super adorable, even I have to admit it.
