While most cats are obsessed with others or with special items, Turtlefin is obsessed with one particular event in TideClan's history, tracing back to the leadership of Pine and the journey to the clan's home, an island in the middle of the ocean. This event is called the brightest night. Every month the tides become crazier than usual and the cats see this as an event. They stay up late partying and having fun and they give items with a great deal of importance to them to the water to take into its depths as a thank you to the Earth for providing them food, shelter, and fresh water in the jungle.

Turtlefin loves this event because of it being a time where all of her clanmates are together in harmony. Cats who are usually rivals come together and give praise to each other and everyone is happy. She, every month, donates a special flower to the ocean. The flower is an orchid. It is mostly in tribute to her mother, Orchidpetal, who died giving birth to her but the flower itself it something incredibly special to Turtlefin. It reminds her of her mother, and orchids represent love, beauty, and strength. Turtlefin has always wanted to be a strong cat who can stand up for herself and it was one of the many things her mother taught her, so the flower that symbolizes the traits she desires so much is something very special to her. It is a perfect tribute.

Prompt;; Silverheart is obsessed with the cat food shaped like flowers the humans put out. It doesn't taste very good, no, nothing like the prey that scavenge the forest, but it has a bland.. almost .. tang to it that makes her want to have more. The shapes are really cool, and she wishes she could save some and take it home just to look at. She's always been a bit weird, and there's a rumor that she has kittypet ancestry which could explain her liking of human cat food. Honestly though, it's free food that's being put out so she's going to eat it regardless, it's just a bonus she really.... really... likes it.

Prompt;; "And then after Swiftsong pounced on Oakspirit, he COMPLETELY lost his grip because right from behind Brightberry was there to save the day!" Duskpaw rapidly explained, his eyes shining and smile bright. The two cats sitting in front of him, Sheeppaw and Woolpaw, weren't as amused as he was. Sheeppaw just raised an eyebrow as he kept explaining while Woolpaw tried to maintain interest. Its not that they didn't love the cats, they were just mildly confused, and concerned, for his obsession.
"When Sugarspark came up to try and grab Goldwish's back leg to surprise him, Honeysmoke pounded right into him knocking him back! It was the COOLEST thing ever!" He practically yelled as he flopped over onto his back.
"That's cool Duskpaw, but.." Woolpaw trailed off trying to figure out the right words to say.
"You have an obsession." Sheeppaw butted in with a bored expression.
"I- What?" Duskpaw sat up, "I DO NOT have an obsession!"
"Uh, yea you do. You ALWAYS talk about these seven cats like superstars or something. It gets a little annoying." Sheeppaw deadpanned as he stood up and made his way back to the medicine den.
"Im sorry Dusk..But you do sorta have an obsession.." Woolpaw sadly smiled as she turned to follow her brother
"They don't understand..It's not an obsession...It's a dream..A dream to finally join a family like theirs.."

Prompt;; turtledove collects heather sprigs whenever she can. she will weave them into her nest whenever possible all because they remind her of her mother. even when she was nursing her and her siblings she smelled just like it. She cant get over how much she misses her mom, so weaving and collecting them help her to not miss her as much.

Prompt;; PaleThroat is absolutely, wholeheartedly obsessed with rain. While most cats in the area prefer to keep their fur dry, PaleThroat loves to sit outside in the rain. It's not just the water that holds her fascination, it the thunder and lightning as well. She loves how the loud boom of thunder can be felt in her chest and sends shivers down her spine. The lightnings is a brilliant display on it's own, with bright lights and fast, jagged movements. She feels the most at home when staring wide eyed into the sky mid storm.
