"My biggest pet peeve is when cats constantly give me pitiful glances because of my mate dying years ago. I have to raise my kits alone, but Rainfoot would have just gotten in the way even more. It is better for me to be on my own. I don't wish that he died the way he did, but I didn't want to feel like I was in his trap anymore. Cats only saw Rainfoot as a good warrior and an amazing mate, but I know the truth. He was cruel and manipulative. Cats don't understand this, so I don't want their sadness for me and my kits. I don't want their sympathy. I don't want their pity. I want to raise my kittens to understand that they need to be good to everyone, even their mates and that she-cats aren't property. I wish all of CreekClan understood that."

"Too much... empty... after so many moons of traveling alone without anyone I can talk to, being alone, or even just the sound of silence- that ringing sound, you you know what I mean Poppy- makes me feel jumpy and, even sick sometimes! I know it is a bit silly perhaps; there is peace in quiet too, and the world isn't ever dead silent. But... still. Long pauses in sound feel almost drowning to me, like I'll be all alone again. Also I don't trust it either, there could be something sneaking up at me in that, who knows."

prompt;; more than anything else, fluffyfoot loathes sluggishness. fluffyfoot is a very aggressive, action-oriented cat, and to see someone dawdling over someone that (in her mind) should be simple makes her blood boil. she is relatively fast-paced and hates standing still. because of this, she tends to make reckless, poorly thought out decisions and more often than not goes with her gut instinct - which isn't always accurate. she expects everyone else to keep up with her and becomes frustrated when she feels she's being held back.

Prompt: Being underestimated happens to be Palepaw’s pet peeve and it seems to be that everyone does it. It doesn’t matter what he does if it’s the simplest task like cleaning out the dens or something that he’s been doing for moons like learning to hunt. He always gets asked, ‘do you need help with that?’ or ‘are you sure you’re okay to do that?’ It’s frustrating especially since he’d been an apprentice for five moons already, long enough that there should be no question that he could do such things by himself. But no everyone questions it.

There is a reason for it though, although Palepaw doesn’t think it’s good enough for them to still treat him like they do. As a kit
Palepaw was the smallest of his litter, the runt that from the beginning the medicine cat wasn’t sure he would make it. A validated fear when his larger sibling ended up dying before he turned a moon old. For his first few moons Palepaw struggled, but through the odds, he made it through stronger than ever. But because of his rough start, the who clan babies him on everything. It’s something Palepaw fights to disprove each and every day.

Achoo.
Suddenly Leaping Hare is staring daggers upon the offending cat. Are they sick? Are they simply at an unrest? Why are they sneezing? They can't help it of course, but if they are sneezing and sick they shouldn't be in her sight. She doesn't mean it in a cruel way but there is a place in their tribe for sick cats and that is with the cleric. Not spreading germs, not annoying her with their constant interruptions.
So help her- find your way to the healing arms of the clerics or she will, regretfully, be forced to make sure you stay there. It shouldn't be that difficult to understand!

Obviously if we lose a battle I would be, just cause I feel like I failed my clan an-" A nearby apprentice loudly complained about having to clean the elders of ticks and gathering moss. "You know what I take it back. Cats that complain drive me insane. Do they not think that others had to do the same things as them? There's no humility in complaining. Just sick it up..." The deputy began to mumble as he padded away and out the clan entrance.

Snowheart had one pet peeve and that was Marigoldpaw's obsession with dirt. It all started one morning when Snowheart was coming back from a morning patrol. At the same time, Marigoldpaw was late for training with Sycamorestar. Marigoldpaw crashed full speed into Snowheart, transferring" the copious amounts of dirt on his pelt to hers.

"Why are you absolutely covered in dirt!?" Snowheart shrieked. Marigoldpaw smiled sheepishly.

"No reason~. I'm late. So sorry about this!" And scampered away like there was a dog after them.

It took two days for Snowheart to get the dirt out of her white fur and she would never again be around Marigoldpaw.
