After discussing this with Max and JessKnight, I have decided that I will gift this baby away. I lost complete connection with this adorable little one after I won him, and wanted him to go to a good home. I recently won
Liev, whom I absolutely ADORE and have tons of ideas with. While thinking about developing him, I realized that I didn't have as many good ideas for Flash, and so I realized I had lost connection with the cutie. After really thinking about this and feeling awful about winning a character I was going to be able to do nothing with, I made the decision to either trade him or gift him away. Thus, I would like to gift him to JessKnight, who immediately DMed me on Discord and talked things through with me. I promised both Max and JessKnight that I would put extreme thought into applying for any Eevees or Eeveelutions after this point, and I will be far more picky with my applications for babs I truly love instead of just trying to obtain new characters. (And, after looking through my recent applications, I am pleased with the very few I have tried out for and know I will be able to use those characters as they are intended to be: as loved as I possibly can love them.
