Welcome to the starter page ! Here you will get your starter, your friend into the lovely realm of keeping fuzzy little abominations ! They'll start off as an eevee, but you have the chance to evolve them ! There's three ways to get your starter ! 1. Make it yourself, have fun ! 2. Ask someone else to do it for you ! 3. Catch an artist opening slots to make starters, though this may not happen often !

Your starter shouldn't be colored like a normal eevee, it's heavily encouraged that you design them like any other character without color / design restrictions !!

When doing your starter off-oekaki, you HAVE to draw some art on the cover

starters: Your first eevee ! they aren't allowed to have edits apart from items !
[ note: hair / extra fuzz doesn't count as an edit. Give your eevee a mohawk, we don't care ! ]
[ Edit because of confusion: Edits mean anything that that wouldn't normally be on a standard Eevee ! Stuff like messing with fur length, teeth, claws, etc don't count because they're just messing with things already on a standard eevee ! ]
