answer: I work in retail at a grocery store (we do sell flowers, cards, and chocolates too) and usually have to work Valentine's Day, so what I love about the holiday is getting to see the ones I love when I get home from a shift that is full of people in the 'last minute gift' rush and spending the evening talking to my girlfriend and cuddling with my dogs.

answer: My favorite thing about Valentine's day is chocolate and candy! I know it's not a particularly heartwarming answer, but I absolutely love candy! From those small heart-shaped sweets that taste like plastic, to the pieces of chocolate my friends share with me, it's all good in my book. I try to carry a bunch of candy (such as Hershey Kisses) and hand them out to people throughout the day. I don't really plan who I want to give them to. In general, I like to hand them out at moments to surprise others. When my stash gets squishy and icky at the end of the day, I eat the remaining few or share them with a family member who doesn't mind mushy candies.

answer: what I like the most about valentines day is the day after sales they have of all the candy and stuffed animals. Not the most romantic thing, but I like spending each day loving and appreciating whoever is considered your valentine. But, it's still nice that there's a special day for all the lovers out there heh. Plus, you can double and even triple the amount of love you have with all that valentines sale cheer
