How she spent her valentines day: Persephone actually started out her day rather lonely. Though not one to put a lot of stock upon valentines day, it was still difficult for her to see happy couples, groups of friends gathering to share warm hearts, but to her delight her dear friend Frisco gruffly asked her to be his Valentine with a bundle of sweet honeysuckle. The retired rodeo bull wasn't prone to sharing feelings, and sidling gently up to her, she couldn't have been more happy. At home with friends and the bull she adored, her Valentine's day had a rapid turnaround with a beautifully sweet outcome.

How she spent her valentines day:
Sugar spent her valentine's day like any other day. She slept in of course! When she did get up at a reasonable time (we won't share her secret), the first thing she did was chocolate chip pancakes, her favorite, in the shapes of hearts. She was so excited that when she was mixing the batter it kept spilling all over. Even after, when the pancakes were on the stove, she still so happy and couldn't wait for them to be done. So to distract herself she started making some valentines for friends. This, of course, turned out to be disastrous. So "some" of them were black but they were only a little black. Only on the edges.

After her almost smokey breakfast, Sugar decided to go for a walk and bring the valentines to friends down the street. When walking past her garden she saw some pretty snowbells poking up from the ground. "Oh those are just beautiful," she said. She decided to grab some and headed, through the farm gate, out her adventure down the country street.

When she arrived at the neighbor's house they were outside having a picnic. She laughed to herself, "Haha they've always got to the outdoorsy type." She greeted them,
"Hello! Happy Valentines Day!"
"Well, hello there. Happy Valentines Day!"

After greetings were in order, they went inside and the party started. They played games and ate fun valentines day treats in all kinds of hearts shapes and sizes. As it got later in the afternoon Sugar went home to nap. She stuffed and tuckered out from the fun she had. Of course, that's not her favorite part of valentines days. Her favorite part is the next day when all the chocolate and candy is on sale!!!

How she spent her valentines day:
Well! This little girly doesn’t have a special hoofed friend. So to start off the day she slept in. Nice and cozy under a big red oak tree that gave just the right amount of shade and light. After she felt fresh as a daisy she ate her favorite breakfast, cause why not treat your self ya know? She ate some wild berries from a bush the farmer down the road owned, along with a nice crisp carrot. Next she went by her friends to share some cheesy valentine jokes and see what their partners gave them (if the bulls remembered that is!). Strudel loves a little tea in her life. After that she went dancing in the barn until late at night. Tired from all that toe tapping she layed down and gazed at the stars thinking to herself. It was a good day to be a single cow. Strudel isn’t the type of cow to really get into the spirit of Valentine’s Day. She tries to show her love everyday! Still maybe next year she’d have someone to share the fun with. Tune in next year.

Oh my, Irene was such a petty soul on Valentine's Day. She took "Single Awareness Day" to the extreme, and exacted revenge on those with thriving relationships, in a harmless, but incredibly annoying way. She filled up envelopes with glitter, specifically half heart glitter to signify heart break, and went around filling up cards of affection with these hearts when others weren't looking to prank couples. Of course, she'd tell them after and get a few dirty glares, but hey, it was worth it.

juno spent her day like any gentle soul would, caressing her town and the earth with love and joy; she weaved flowers through every tree, hung hearts on every door, and gave pink lava cookies to every animal and buttermilk she met. she mostly spent the day enjoying her own company, laying in the carnation field or painting on orange cavern walls. her favorite part was waking up early when the sky matched her pastel colors and the world was still asleep in a dreamy daze of love, sipping her rose hip tea
