Prompt;; wrote: Reachflower's best memory was a hazy one for most of his life. It had been a cold, breezy day, though the sun was shining. He was buried in his mother's warm fur. They were both purring, just lying there together.
Since then, so much bad had come to Reach. He felt he would never escape the bad luck. He held onto this memory, every day he reminded himself of it.
That was his best memory, until the day he found BlazeClan. He was starving and alone, shivering in the cold. A rustle in the bushes sounded, usually a signal to run, or become aware, but Reach was tired. He was dying. He let his head fall, waiting to be finished off.
He did not die. He was taken to the camp, where he was nursed back to health. They gave him a warrior name, Reachflower. He loved it.
Every day after, he thought of that when faced with tough times. It kept him going.
