-this year, he is going to dress up as pure darkness and shadow, hiding in the depths of the maze and popping out when they least expect it

The Queen
It was a cool fall day and Halloween was fast approaching for the excited Kimberlie. Today was the day she was going costume shopping! "Kimber honey, are you ready to go?" Called her mother. "Yes mom yes! Lets go, lets go!" Kimberlie shouted. Kimberlie hopped into the car, eagerly waiting to arrive at the store. Her mother glanced at her and winked, "Buckle up honey! Don't want to get in trouble do we now?" Kimberlie grabbed her buckle and clipped it in. Off they went! Upon arrival Kimberlie jumped out of the car with her mom and hurried into the store. "Quite chilly huh honey?" Said her mom. "Yea!" Kimberlie said. Inside the store they found the costume section. Kimberlie began to browse through the costumes and pulled out a sheet on a hanger. "Ooh a ghost! Do you like that?" Her mother asked. Kimberlie shook her head than all of the sudden her eyes lit up. She held up an Egyptian Queen costume, complete with some face make-up and a jewelry. "It's perfect!" She cried. Her mom nodded and they went up and paid. On Halloween night Kimberlie put on her costume and ran to her mother. "Mom it's amazing! I look like a queen!" She said with a smile. Kimberlie's mother smiled and said, "Don't you look lovely! Want some help with your make-up now?" Here mother said with a smile. Kimberlie nodded and rushed to the bathroom. Her mother opened up a brand new make-up palette and told Kimberlie to stay still! "Aww mom you got a new make-up palette for my costume? Aww thank you!!" Kimberlie cried. Just as her mother finished up the make-up, Kimberlie's father opened the door and said, "Look at my queens! Aww Miss Queen Kimberlie don't you just look stunning today!" He picked her up and spun her around. "Aww dad! Are you ready to go trick or treating?" Kimberlie said eagerly. "Her mother and father looked at one another and said, "Let's go soon! But first let's eat dinner!"
