ares took a deep breath. and another and another until he realized they werent helping him. with shaking hands, he threw his phone on the couch and left it there to get dressed. he left his home without so much as glancing at the buzzing buzzing
buzzing phone. he locked his door behind him and walked, his pace withdrawn, his head down. he'd come out to the boy he loved. he'd known him for years and hadn't told him even when he'd suspected he might've been trans. this boy had been his everything and he'd
ruined it! his blond, messy hair hung in front of his eyes, shielding him from the person he'd be running into. he oofed as he was knocked down. "hey!" he cried as he hit the ground, his hands bracing his fall and scraping across concrete. he brushed his hair carefully as to not get blood in it and looked up. his eyes widened and he shook his head. violently.
"please don't hurt me. his eyes burned they were closed so tightly, braced for a hand to the face. instead of a hard smack, he felt a hand caress his cheek. "i can't believe you thought I'd hurt you, you loser." the boy in front of him chuckled, bending down to meet ares' eyes. "id never hurt you, ares." ares looked up to meet his eyes once more. "you mean you don't care?" the other boy shook his head, lopsided grin across his face. "i knew, i was just waiting for you to tell me. ares, i love you." ares felt his cheeks heat up as he crashed into the other boy, his arms tight around him. "i love you too."
