this wasn't originally what i wanted to make, but i think it turned out better this way anyhow. i tried to go for a denim jacket type look, with the patches and wear. really brings me back to my denim jacket wearing days, with the painted looney tunes characters on the back of it and the patches and painted stars all over (... who am i kidding, i'd still wear it every day if i could find it)

the jacket tied about the waist was inspired by the pink ladies satin jackets-- it says "BABY" on the back
