Fiore is an extremely outgoing and happy kal, he wants nothing but to bring joy and happiness to those around him to the point of stressing himself out over it. He always sees the best in people no matter what where it could even be considered a fault of his and he is a hopeless romantic in every sense of the term. He can also be terribly clingy and doting which usually negatively affects his romantic relationships as his partner will usually tell him that he is suffocating them. Despite this, he tends to keep up his super happy front as he never wants to bring others down just because he might be feeling down. Internally he is very sensitive, often taking what others say to him to heart, he usually needs a shoulder to cry on though he doesn't usually have one as he is usually that shoulder for others and again doesn't want to bother others with his problems. When he relaxes he loves to loudly laugh with his friends and loves to be the life of the party as he honestly believes that his life purpose is to bring joy to those around him.
