what's the most mischievous thing this dude has done, and are they normally a trouble maker?: [446/500]
Oxei has never been a troublemaker, and has never in his life caused a problem. At least, except for the one day when he tried to impress his friend who was more of a trickster than he could ever be. His friend was the kind of person to do Graffiti art, and the kind of person to take a chance at getting expelled from school just to pull a cool prank. Oxei wanted to impress him, wanted him to think that he was cool too, and not just the nerd from two classes over. Oxei knew he couldn't do something simple if he wanted to impress someone, so he decided on something a bit more dangerous. But, perhaps his prank of choice caused a bit too much trouble for things to go well.
His plan was to set fire to something small in a teacher's room when class was out, and he even invited his friend that he wanted to impress, trying to laugh at the other when he said that he wouldn't do it. Oxei didn't want to do it, He always loved being around teachers, and none of them seemed to dislike him...and he wouldn't want to change that. When he was in the room with the lighter, he couldn't get himself to do it, and dropped down in tears. The teacher returned to the room, and Oxei's friend was trying to help him up, but somehow the lighter went off in Oxei's paw, setting the entirety of the papers on the teacher's desk alight. The teacher was panicked, Oxei was panicked, and he only started crying more as he tried to put out the fire. He did get the fire out, but he had to be immediately brought to the clinic, as he had sustained very serious burns on his paws due to him putting out the fire with his own paws.
He still considers it as trouble making, and blames himself for the incident before anyone else can try to blame themself. While fortunately, Oxei's friend tried to make him feel not so bad about it, saying that even if it didn't work out, he still thought Oxei was a cool kid, just not in the same way as him. Oxei still blamed himself and toned down the incident in stories, saying how he only slightly burned something, and taking out the part about him burning his hand. It's been forever since that day, and even longer since he's seen the friend he wanted to impress. He'll always see it as his worst moment, and the only time he actually was a troublemaker. He hopes to never do anything like that again.

Over the years, Oxei's life hasn't really improved. In fact, his life seems to be on a constant decline. When he got through school, he was informed that even though he had graduated at the top of his class, he still was unable to get into a proper higher education or go into any sort of career. He didn't have any talents whatsoever, and he didn't seem to have a way to pay for any of his living spaces. He didn't want to stay with his parents for the rest of his life, especially since his parents weren't exactly the best to him, so he decided to be living with a friend in the city. He treats the house like he would his own, and often tries to sweep and clean as much as possible as he has no job and no way to get out of the house. At some point due to his inability to work, he joined a gang in the local area to get himself out there. While he wasn't as brave as others to get into things such as being a hitman or going to riots, he was known in the gang as the hacker. He didn't like doing the job, but it was something he dealt with. He liked the people in the gang, and they made him feel welcome when he couldn't be welcomed back at home with his friend working all the time. He turned out to like being in the gang, not because of the actions they did or them constantly stealing from multi-million dollar companies, but because he had friends with him there, actual friends that would stick around for longer than any of his other friends.
One day, this decision felt like it was meant to be, and Oxei knew who it was involved in that destined decision. His old friend from school, the one who had first told him that he would be accepted even if he didn't do morally questionable things, He had joined the gang. Oxei felt himself become close again with his schooling friend, and the two seemed to understand eachother more than they did back then. They sometimes still joked about the incident with the fire, but everytime it's brought up, Oxei's friend always have the need to check Oxei's paw pads and seems to feel a bit sad when seeing the place where the burn marks have seemed to disappear only so much. Oxei has tried to tell him that it was never his fault, and in a way, it's caused Oxei to understand why he should have never tried to pull a prank on that teacher. Not only did it hurt his reputation enough to be the reason he put on why he didn't get into college, but it hurt his friend. Even when they were so far apart and didn't see eachother, Oxei found out it hurt him. Oxei knows to this day that he'll never pull anything like that again. He'll never do anything that he knows will hurt him. Especially in his new situation, he'll never put himself into danger. In school it was bad enough to burn his paw, but in a gang, it could be so much worse. And if his friend felt this bad about the burn from years ago, who knows what kind of pain Oxei would cause him if he got injured trying to do something in the gang that he just didn't have the talent or the bravery to do. He was just glad he had learned his lesson sooner rather than later.
