Prompt: In all honesty? Duskdreamer likes to run away and let his friends deal with the problem. He's a scaredy-cat for sure, and panics at the first sign of danger. These are certainly not the traits of a fighter. But once he's a safe distance away, he stops, gathers up his small bit of courage, and throws stones.
. Yes, you heard that right. He's found a way to grab a rock in his jaws and hurl it at the fighting cats. It's not very helpful - Dusk has a very poor aim. But he likes to think he's helping out, so Beaver, Dust, and Orion let him do it.

Shadowleap doesn't join the frontal attack. He hangs back, waiting for the rest of his clan to attack. As he watches to see the best place to attack, he quickly makes his way, through the shadows, to trees. Yes, he likes to do jump attacks! NocturneClan is careful to usually try and fight in the forest, so Shadowleap is lucky enough to use his technique often while this clanmates chase their enemy into the woods! He'll climb up into the branches and leap down from above to surprise an opponent.

in the spacious golden meadows of fieldclan territory, a bond of blood runs deep. for generations, these cats have possessed traits that allow them to adapt to the way of life the earth provides—long whiskers to feel through tall grasses; swift, lean bodies to maneuver along the ground after prey; and most notable, powerful, spring-like back legs to leap long distances. the strength in the back legs of these cats is nothing to chuff at, and ravenfoot is especially gifted in this regard. with her impressive bounds she can overtake any rabbit, an expert hunter among fieldclan warriors. her hunting prowess, however, is not the quality she admires most about herself. instead, she is quite proud of the deadly kicks she can deliver with her broad feet. while this attack is a favorite among all warriors in the clan, ravenfoot is particularly fond of it—after all, she was given her suffix for her skill with her hind legs.

His favourite attack method, is to use the element of surprise. More specifically, water combat. While his clan aren't quite attacked as often as other clans are, there are still small groups of rogues who enter their territory uninvited. Most cats would at least expect an attack, to come from either above them or from the foliage around them. However, what they won't suspect, is an attack coming from the water. Shadowstep is one of the few cats in his clan, who will use both the lake and rivers to his advantage. Which comes in handy, when the rest of the clan are forced to retreat further into their territory.

Water attacks are often used as a last resort. However, when they are used, they prove to be very affective. One water move in particular, is simply crouching down into the slightly deeper parts of a lake or river, and wait for the enemy to arrive. When they do finally decided to show up, all one needs to do is wait for them to get close enough. Once they do, you can then erupt out of the water and knock into them. Causing your opponent to lose their balance from both the impact and surprise of the situation. Which is why Shadowstep enjoys using this tactic. It isn't just because it is it's own unique attack, and differs from the many different types of ground combat. But it is also because of the amusement it brings you, upon seeing your opponent shriek like a scared little kit.

Due to his mostly black fur, Shadowstep is capable of being closer to land than others. This is mostly because of the shadows that stretch across the water's surface. Allowing him to have a few temporary places to hide, as he awaits to ambush an unsuspecting opponent. The reason these places are temporary, is because you can't always trust the sun. Neither can you trust how good of a hiding spot it can be. Which is why he normally sticks to the sides, where he knows he won't be easily spotted.
