Fae Gender: StallionAge: Aromork's age is rather unbelievable. He was born in the 7th Century of the Middle Ages totaling his age to roughly 1,300 years.Age Reasoning: The reason why Armorok is so old is that I decided to embrace the fantasy side of this species, since they're like the unicorn. I wanted to give them a magical 'touch' as allowing this one to age long and well. Nothing is really clearly said about how long they live or how long their life span is. I took my idea from him being handled by knights during the medieval times and just ran with it to present day. Though, he is rather unlucky when it comes to reproducing. Maybe his "unbelievable" stories are to blame.Personality: Armorok is a frisky bachelor stallion. He’s prone to sizing up other stallions for a tasteful fight. Yet, he’s childish in nature and fun loving. He’s not always serious but there’s rare occasions in which he is. Despite having seen death and thundered across many lands his personality remains unchanged. In fact, his stories aren't even believed to be true to anyone he tells making his childishness more prominent and lessens his luck with the ladies. None the less he's always up for a story telling or a fight to prove his battle experience.Picture: This, cuz his horn and mane remind me of a knights steed.History: Armorok's hair wasn't always short or uneven. This fae was wild born until he was roped by silver armored creatures on the backs of unhorned fae's. Truly, they were domesticated horses with medieval knights placed upon their backs. A group of three had been scouting for horses when they'd stumbled across Armorok, a lone bachelor stallion. He was startled by their riders assuming they were silver demonic spirits with cloaked horses with their fancy bridles and drapery. They chased after the stallion until they successfully trapped him on the edge of a mountains side. Armorok reared up and fought his way through with ropes choking around his neck but his fight was roped out of him. Defeated, he was taken to the silver armored peoples camp where he was put into a round wooden enclosure. There, he came to realize the armored creatures had strange soft outer flesh and strange cloth covering their bodies from the elements. They attempted to train the stallion but he spirit was far stronger than they'd thought for they knew he was special for his horn. The humans believed whoever could break him would rule the land. They tied him down one day and were able to cut his into a military cut. The style rendered the stallion nearly maneless and his tail severely shortened. Then, they saddled and attempted to break him. Ride after ride Armorok tired and he decided that if he couldn't beat them. He'd join them. He became a knights steed for the next three years before a battle unseated his rider and left him to return to his wild ways. He eventually got ride of the tack, the draping, and the armor he'd worn into battle. However, for his hair it never fully grew along his neck except for his bangs. Armorok tell the stories about his life as a knight's mount to make himself appear great and to woo females.Backup History: [If his age reasoning isn't welcome to the species. This is his alternative story:]
Armorok was grazing in his usual secluded pasture. A strange sound caught his ears that was musical and hypnotical at the same time. Curious, the stallion wandered towards this forest of strange tent like creatures. There were strange two legged creatures wandering about. Naturally he stayed hidden and I observed the place from secrecy. Once night came the lights and sound of a magical tune caught his ears. He snooped around the edge and came to find out a strange round stage with poor hornless faes who’d been stabbed through with large poles. This terrified him and he nearly fled until the ride started moving and the corpses began rising and falling as little tiny creatures rode them. One little girl in particular he watched. She rode it again and again until the ride was over. He watched couples come and take their little mini copies away all except the blonde little girl. Armorok studied her and noticed she wasn’t cloaked as nicely as the other two leggers. The stallion waited until the carnivals lights were turned off and everything was silent. Armorok waited until he was certain there was no one else around did he approach the carousel. He snorted and puffed up unsure if they’d attach him despite being shish kebabed to the contraption they were on. None the less he nosed each statue and realized they weren’t corpses but lifeless representations of his kind. Some had antlers, horns, and wild colors as he’d seen many like this in the wild before. Suddenly, shuffling sounds were heard and he panicked. There, he saw and empty space where one statue pole had malfunctioned during the day and he quickly struck a pose and froze. His eyes then fund that same child he’d seen earlier and she gazed upon Armorok. She was amazed at his size and found a way onto his back using the other models around him. Armorok did his best not to break his form even though he’d was very untrusting of the little creature. However, his feelings changed when the child nuzzled into his short mane and smiled happily. Armorok felt sadness in her touch which he’d later come to realize was because she was homeless. It caused him to break his position and he turned to look at the child. Amazed, the child cried out happily and petted his nose. “Wow! I knew you were alive!” Armorok nickered at the girl and stepped off of the stage and ponied her around for that night. Since then, Armorok pays visits to the child and has watched her grow up into a pre-teen. Their relationship turning into a companionship over time. [Honestly, I’m loving this story more! It fits his personality better! <3]
