No alphas cannot breed.
Horns represent Alphas among the Marra species thats why some dont, Alphas are called Dominates. A Marra without horns is referred to as a Submissive.

So Dom x Sub only, sorry.

for the rarity you can look down and see where the artist put down all the edits and copy paste that instead of guessing
