xxxthe waters are her territory. the shadows are part of her haven. although lilith isn't quite a demon like her name offers,
she is still very dangerous. as a spirit who had taken the wrong path to heaven, she wound up in hell with her memories
taken away. even when she was alive, lilith was sadistic and always took things to the extreme levels. stopping is beyond
her power if she wanted to stop, but lilith rarely does. she is physically incapable of feeling empathy as a spirit from hell,
and viscets who dare get in her way annoy her and trigger various sorts of deadly reactions from her.

xxxmany would find her actions disgusting. lilith feeds on greed and lust, similar to how yin would drain the life force from
living viscets. because lilith needs those sins to survive, those sins have started to grow on her. when she first became a
spirit, she was still relatively pure and clean from any of the seven deadly sins. now, her actions reflect the type of food
that lilith takes in every day. if lilith flirts with you, she doesn't actually like you; all she wants is your attention and one
of the sins that she feeds on. if she steals money and other sorts of important items, it's not like she actually needs the
items; she's just being greedy for more than what she really needs.

xxxstrangely enough, despite all the evil and wrongdoing lilith has brought to the world, she isn't completely at fault. all
she's trying to do is survive, and as someone who is often perceived as evil, lilith can be quite pleasant to talk to, so long
you remember your place in the pecking order. many have interacted and survived from their interactions with lilith. she
rarely creates bloodshed, claiming that it is difficult and a nuisance to clean up.

xxeven so, do remember that lilith is a spirit of the night. she hails from hell. be wary and cautious around her, because
she is nothing if not certainly unpredictable.

xxx"so. i heard that you had a story to tell me, lilith," ligonem commented,
curling his tail neatly around his paws. the cat eared viscet gave him a sly
grin, chuckling as she flicked her tail.

xx"you're right. i do have a story for you. it's about how i killed my love
because i was scared that he would fall for the other female viscets," she
said, purring in her velvety-smooth voice. lilith shifted around in her seat,
and eventually found a comfortable position to tell her tale. a look of
longing filled her eyes, and she watched as ligonem shifted apprehensively.

xxx"once upon a time, i was a normal viscet. i was living, just like you, just like yin. the only difference was that i had fallen in love
with a viscet who didn't quite reciprocate my affections. sure, i suppose that he had liked me, but our relationship was always on and
off and on again. he couldn't make up his mind about me," she began offhandedly, examining her paw with an air of superiority. the four
eyed viscet watched in mild interest as she set her paw down to continue her tale.

xxx"anyways, that's not the point. i knew what he was like, but i couldn't stay away from him. you could say that i was intoxicated by
him. what i fool i was, to continue pursuing him even though he had been chased after by many other viscets who were far prettier
than i." letting out a laugh, lilith twitched an ear in annoyance. her slit eyes were narrowed, and it appeared as though she was glaring at
some point in the distance. "it was really difficult getting him to love me back, you know? there were so many other viscets out there,
but i had to make him choose me."

xxx"you fell hard for him," ligonem stated rhetorically, as lilith bared her teeth at him. her eyes glittered with malice, and it appeared like
the spirit of the night had been reliving that moment. "i suppose i understand how you feel. however, how does this tie in to your story? why
did you want to share your tale with me, of all viscets?"

xxxlilith's eyes flashed with fury. something had snapped inside of her, and it was because of ligonem's words. "my legacy has to be passed
on!" she snapped angrily, lashing her tail back and forth. "he told me that he loved me! he proved that he loved me! but did it stop him
from seeing the other females? no! of course it didn't! i was naive to think that he would change his ways just for me!"

" however, it was evident that the male didn't want to be protected. he went against his lover's wishes and saw the other females.
despaired and upset by his betrayal, she had retrieved the knife she used to end the lives of her parents.
when she confronted him about it, knife hidden in the folds of her dress, she snapped when she heard him deny the obvious."

xxx"i wanted to know if he would continue to be deceitful when i confronted him about it. i really did. something had to be done,
though. i didn't want to be lied to for the rest of my life. that is why... i hid a knife in my clothing. granted, it was a rather small one,
but it was rather effective when it came to getting the job done." pausing suddenly, lilith reached to her side and retrieved a shining
knife. it was spotless and polished with extreme care. passing it to ligonem, lilith crossed her arms over her chest and frowned.

xxx"i didn't know what i was expecting of him. i knew that he was going to lie, but when i heard those words from him personally, i
think i just snapped. i was so upset, and i didn't know what i was doing until after i gained stability." exhaling, lilith's eyes focused on
the blade of the knife. "i had killed him. i had mangled the body that everyone had seemed to love with that precious blade of mine."

xxxwhen ligonem didn't say anything, lilith took that as her cue to continue. "i hated what he did to me. i wanted to break him like how he
broke me. unfortunately, i couldn't break him, because he was dead. for whatever reason, i wasn't upset. i had done my darling a good
deed. he would no longer be bothered by those viscets." grinning maniacally, lilith clapped her paws together in glee. her yellow orbs shone
ominously, and ligonem shifted away from the spirit of the night in discomfort. the animosity blazed brightly in her eyes, and didn't seem to
diminish at all.

xxx"do you have any idea where your old lover is now?" ligonem asked quietly, as lilith giggled. she stood up carefully and towered over the four
eyed viscet. he let out a gulp, eyeing the tail that hadn't stopped lashing, even once the laughter had faded and the paws stopped clapping.

xxx"of course i don't. now, if you will, it is time for me to go," the female viscet murmured softly, spinning around on her heels as she began
to walk away. ligonem didn't stop her.

Personality: Vinisier has the personality of your basic house cat. She's a loner, trickster, quick to judge, sneaky, and she sleeps... a lot. Although she has the personality of your neighborhood satanic being, she isn't the nasty creature most people make cats out to be. Ya, she might love playing a few tricks on others now and then, but they aren't the mean tricks you're probably thinking of. Her games are pretty neutral, such as your average wild-goose-chase. She also likes to play dumb and act like she has no idea what others are talking about half the time.
She's mostly found napping in a tree or sun bathing on a nice large rock. Her dark coat makes it easy for her to soak up the sun which makes her sleepy. It's just something about the warmth of the suns rays that feels soothing and comforting. Despite loving to lay in the sun, she's also a huge lover of the darkness. She just loves how her eyes glow while everything else is dark and morbid.
Vinisier is also a viscet who is pretty quick to judge others based on first impressions. Once she gets a thought on what someone is like it's hard to get that impression out of her mind. She doesn't like it when others try to prove themselves. She thinks that if you've given a certain impression, you should leave it be and let someone find out who you are by themselves. She likes the thought of trying to figure out another persons identity. She sees it as some sort of adventure. Finding out who you are has it's twist and turns, ups and downs, like a roller coaster. She doesn't believe in running from who you are. You should embrace yourself and never be ashamed of who you were or who you became to be. Who you were is in the past, who you are now is the present and should be cherished. (word count 326)
