Skipping 1900 for the milestone raffle~
This is an RU for this competition.
There was a while when I wasn't sure exactly what to do with the RU, so I put it off, and I'm really sorry for that but I hope the finished product makes up for that in some way!
They picked light, cool, and subdued. SO the base is white, the colors are all pastel, and a good chunk of the tones are cooler colors. Also, I did the galaxy-like pattern in black so it would come across as more subdued as well.
