Kalons-- a species with soft manes and even softer hearts.

Monitored in forests across the globe for years, these animals
have recently been declared naturally tame as well as sapient.
Scientists are asking the general population to consider adopting
Kalons for further study in their capabilities of intelligence.

Their shining tails are used for identification and showing off,
which is helpful when spotting another Kalon from afar. This
association with other Kalons is why they are head-over-heels
for any shiny or colorful item that they come across!

Alright, this dude is hanging out in the forest, but why? Tell me their reason for strolling in the woods with 400 words or less. You may also include one extra; either 200 words or 1 art piece.

why are they in the forest?: Snapple was in the forest for a well known reason, a bonfire party
he's always one to host them and he needed to keep his party reputation up. While it seems to
be creepy to have it in the woods it was right by the beach, I mean whats better than a forest by
the ocean? He doesn't know what else is.

why are they in the forest?: (max. 400 words)

Toad is actually a huge naturalist, and the woods are his favourite place to be. He prefers the sounds of nature over the busy honks and shouts of a city, and a small town could never quench his thirst for an adventure. He lives a pretty nomadic lifestyle, setting up camp after walking all day or doing something else to help him survive or help the life around him. Of course he will also go into town from time to time for supplies but his personality and interests always draw him back to the trees. His favourite animal to hang out with would be a toad; enough so that he even chose 'Toad' as his nickname.

why are they in the forest?: Shameful to his village. Nothing to his parents. Kinoko fled his village after the townsfolk planned to do something to him, Noko doesn't know what. After what felt like years of running, he found a clearing in the woods. Being alone. Alone at last. Noko was happy. He fell asleep, but he was alone and glad. (max. 400 words)
