Personality:
Emerson is a quiet stallion, though he is very clever and quite curious. He finds pride in learing new things and he tends to do this in a way that he can discover and find out everything he can about someone or something new before even engaging in conversation.
Emerson has a naturally inventive, and technical mind and enjoys discovering new ways to complete tasks that would otherwise be difficult. He takes pride in knowing that he had made things easier for someone else. Emerson is patient and enjoys testing new theories over and over until he gets the proper conclustion he estimated. He is quite ahead of his time and while this does make him an outcast in the herd, he cares deeply for his friends and family, and they all seem to admire him for what he does and care for him even more than he does.
He takes life very seriously and can be easily and deeply hurt when things take a bad turn or he looses someone he is close to. He can express these losses to the extreme, depending on how close they were at the time, causing turmoil and unhappiness in the herd all around. After the initial shock of a loss, Emerson tends to recoil back and hide within himself, creating a barrier between him and the outside world. He doesnt usually let others know how he is feeling until they persist and that is when he breaks down and reveils his feelings.
Emerson can be shy, more so that it is hard for him to converse with others he its not familiar with. Making him seem much like an outcast and rather aloof.

Build + Manner: Odell was born to a tall, fair mare and a short and stocky stallion. He has more of the
Frisian build, well defined muscles and a commanding presence but inherited his Dam's extremely long, fair
mane that has to be constantly tended to. Otherwise there is the fear that he will trip on his long tail,
minimise the chance of it becoming too dirty or worse, it being knotted so badly it needs to be cut. As a
foal, Odell constantly had his mane in his eyes, so he was quite clumsy but refused to let his owners cut it,
even when he was racing into fences while playing. He has a slow, somber way of walking, neck curled in a
graceful but comfortable manner and long tail dragging behind him. Polite, he will always flick his mane out
of his eyes when speaking to others and lowers his head when speaking to those shorter than him.

Much to the disappointment to his competitive f
ather, Odell is a gentle, laid back stallion who w
ould be happy to sleep in a patch of warm sunlig
ht. He is labelled as a 'hippie' and Odell is happy
to accept that. It is not in his nature to harm so
meone,through physical violence or through a c
areless word. He is careful with his words and is
extremely considerate of other's feelings. Other
s seem drawn to his peaceful aura and he one o
f the best stallions to get a hug from if you are f
eeling down. You don't need to tell him anything,
Odell is happy to give silent companionship to th
ose who need it.But that doesn't mean that he h
as no intention in finding out what is wrong and
what he can do to fix it. While he isn't at all vain,
he would roll in mud if it didn't upset his owner,
Odell has a strict policy of not letting his mane g
et cut even though it covers half his face.

ething the peaceful stallion says often b
ut truly it is just a cover up how lazy he
is. There is no rush or urgency in Odell's
life and he is happy spending hours in t
he same spot, a unseen blessing as his r
ider spends hours combing his mane an
d tail. An optimistic soul, Odell has the
ability to see the light in any situation b
ut does understand that sometimes not
everything is an easy fix with a hug and
a sugar lump. But Odell just wants to m
ake others happy, a lazy smile never leav
ing his face and seems to have a secret
stash of treats to hand out.
